That winter storm in Feb 2021 hit us HARD y’all! We had 4 pipes freeze/burst in our home (built in 1961) and were terrified when we started seeing water come through the ceiling of our family room. Luckily my husband turned off the water immediately & we called Levy & Sons right away. Jacob was able to get to us the following day (we knew it would be a while with widespread damage in DFW), and he was a total breath of fresh air! Not only did he fix our pipes quickly but he happily engaged with our very curious 3 & 4 year old boys. Called for a job, and had one set up for a few days later. We explained at the time of calling what we needed done to a mobile home and they said they could come out. Fast forward to the day they were going to come out, they call 10 minutes before they're supposed to be here saying they don't want to work on a mobile home. They could've just said that days ago when we called instead of 10 minutes before they're suppose to show and wasted our time.
