Reeves Family Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. We were dreading the repair, but they were so great to work with. We love working with a company that does what they say they will do. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process. They are all professionals from the office staff to the techs that came out to our house. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

The service I received today from Roto Rooter was excellent. The issue was a stopped up sewer line and was an emergency. The technicians were confidence builders from the moment they arrived at the property and quickly analyzed the problem and then solved it!

Jose and Danny were two of the main plumbers on my job and they did a fantastic job. They had to replace my entire yard gas line due to a leak and were able to complete the job timely and professionally. They also gave me a quote that was below any of the others I received. These two and their team were very responsive (including the office staff), triple checked everything and completed the job without any complications. I will 100% be using them again in the future.

Jackie installed a new tankless hot water heater and moved it from a downstairs closet to our attic! He has done many other jobs for us over the years and always does first class work. He is knowledgable and is detail oriented. He is personable and cares about his customers.

The guy told us that we have to replace the entire furnace because the control board is shorted and quoted $4100 for that, telling us that we won’t be able to find parts for 18yo furnace. After a small research, we replaced the control board and a transformer, and everything works! Very unprofessional to recommend to buy and install the entire unit instead of checking if the parts are available. He still collected $99 for a call.

Friendly, prompt, service but very expressive, and ultimately subpar work that had to be corrected by a different plumber. They charged over $1K for a repair that took two hours and involved few inexpensive parts. At the end of it all, the leak was repaired, so I am satisfied with that. Not super happy about the price. I paid it simply because l didn't have time to wait to get a different plumber out to do the repairs.After the plumber left, I hired a professional to repair the drywall where the plumber had to cut into the wall to gain access to the pipe. The drywall professional, informed me that the plumber didn't finish out the job as per normal protocol. The plumber replaced pipe and the valve for the refrigerator water line. Standard is that these valves fit inside a plastic box that inserts into the wall. In fact, the old valve was enclosed in one of these plastic boxes. When the plumber replaced the pipe it is at a different height and angle so the old box no longer fit.Updated 6-1-2020.I ended up having to pay a different plumber to come and and redo what I paid ARS to fix. Nothing like paying something to be fixed twice in 48 hours.Updated 7-15-2020Response from Management. Per the below response from management, I reached out the quality manager listed below. I did have one conversation with him and emailed him photos to support what had happened. He was going to 'check with management' and get back to me. Needless to say he never actually got back with me.

Jubal did a great job by replacing the outside faucet. Very professional and courteous. I will use Total Plumbing again if needed.I forgot to mention earlier that they tried to match a competitor's price. Even though it was not exactly the same, they came very close and I am thankful for their effort. Also, I got a follow up call to check if everything went well with the service.
