Reeves Family Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. We were dreading the repair, but they were so great to work with. We love working with a company that does what they say they will do. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process. They are all professionals from the office staff to the techs that came out to our house. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

I wish it was possible to give them 6 stars!!I called to set an appointment and Luis came out the next day, looked at the problems and gave us an reasonable estimate. When he came back the next day to start the work, we were very pleased that he was able to just repair 2 things that we thought we would have to replace! He was friendly, hard-working, and did a great job of communicating what he was doing and any problems he encountered. We also appreciated that in these uncertain times caused by the pandemic, he wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers.

The owner of this company is the absolute WORST!!!!! They were supposed to come to my house on Tuesday afternoon. They called me Tuesday afternoon and told me they couldn’t make it that day and that they’d be out at 8:00AM for the first service call of the day. I agreed although I was annoyed Because I had worked my day to be at home and they didn’t call me until 3:30 to tell me this. Fast forward to 8:00AM the next morning and I’m at home waiting for them. I was NEVER told that I needed to answer my phone prior to their arrival in order for them to come. In all my years in dealing with service companies, they have given me a courtesy call 30 min before to let me know they are on their way. But I don’t have to answer! Apparently I missed a phone call from them at 7:30 and when I called back at 8:00AM, I was told they wouldn’t send a technician this morning. Even though I had the time slot and even though they messed up my afternoon the day before. The owner was horribly rude.

My pipes burst because of the storm, I called and was told a plumber would be at my address February 23, 2021, then I got a call to reschedule March 6,2021 I would be priority, between 12-5 and a 10% discount, I waited until 4:45 they show up. I was told it would be $300.00 an hour, then I was told it was $250. Per item. The office needs to get there #% together, they are telling the plumbers one thing and telling the customer another. I believe I was over charged, and quit sending people out late in afternoon to do outside work, daylight doesn’t last forever!! Arron burned his hand under the house with the torch, it was very dark, the job ended, because it got to dark to work, so they didn’t finish the job @$1800.00 dollars later. The plumbers did a good job. The scheduling was wrong!!!!. I knew it was going to cost, but still no WATER!!! This is BS!!!..I will take my business somewhere else.!

Evan and his helper were great. We are considering the possibility of installing a tankless water heating system. He was very kind and informative. We are scheduled for additional consultation next week.

DO NOT use this company! I called for someone to meet a rep from the city to turn on gas at a rental property. I spoke with them at least 3 times within a 24 hour period to confirm. They never showed up! I called 5 times, when they finally answered the phones, they said someone had cancelled my appt! Said they couldn’t help me. Don’t waste your time!
