Franco is phenomenal- he gave me all the information and options, and he fixed a challenging problem.

We have used Reeves for over 20 years. Very happy til this past summer. We had a gas leak and they totally screwed up the repair and then would not stand behind their work. The owner refused to talk with me after we had already paid close to $3,000 for a partially complete job. Very sad how their quality and lack of caring has gone south.

Ive used One Source for home related repairs since I bought my house 5 years ago. They are prompt and reliable in regards to scheduling, same goes with service thats being performed. One Source is my go to for, plumbing, heating and air service and get a solid referance from me.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Horrible. Disgusting owner and very poorly run. Before the plumber came I confirmed no assessment charge on the phone and they sent a plumber out. We had a toilet clogged and they showed up and the plumber did not perform a single service and even advised against trying anything because he was not confident he could fix it. He called his front office with me (on camera) to confirm there was no charge. They did confirm (again all on camera). The plumber left never asking for any payment after confirming. Then I get a phone call from Charles (owner) screaming at me and calling me a liar and that I should be ashamed of myself and how I am a horrible person. Wouldn't even let me get a full sentence in. Would never recommend.

We’ve used Total Plumbing on several occasion for various projects. We purchased an older home and the previous home owners used Total Plumbing to replace over 75 percent of the original plumbing. We’ve used them to declog toilets in 2 of 3 bathrooms, replace a hose bib, replace our kitchen sink p-trap, and install an R/O system for our drinking water. Their pricing is competitive and they do quality work. All the team members we’ve worked with have been very professional. Most recently, we’ve had Jubal out at our house and will be requesting him in the future as well. 10/10 would recommend.

I have nothing but good to say about my experience with Roto- rooted plumbing today. I woke up to water coming through the cieling on a Sunday, and now the leak has been found and is fixed. Ok so I’m a patient guy. All I wanted was to hire a qualified plumber to unstop a bathroom sink. I was told that someone would be at my home between 4 and 6 pm. No one showed up or even had the courtesy to call me. This company doesn’t care about me the customer because they never showed up even after I called 3 times for updates. My last call I asked just tell me if the plumber is coming. The person on the phone said I’ll call to see what is taking so long. He said he was going to call me back but again I never received a call back. For those of you who are considering hiring this company, DONT BOTHER. I really hope potential customers see my review and take their business and hard earned dollars elsewhere. If I could give it zero stars I would.Very disappointed and unhappy.
