Excellent customer service!! Nate and Maddi went out of their way to take care of our needs at our business! We had a broken pipe and had to coordinate with the City of Dallas for repairs. Nate and Maddi went above and beyond to make sure things were fixed in an expedient manner so we could get back to seeing patients!! I’d highly recommend Public Service Plumbers!!

Texas winter fiasco of 2021 and we had Joe with Plumbing 101 of DFW, rescue our renters from a water pipe that flooded the house. He scheduled us and fixed up the leak after-hours so the family could have running water. We are very grateful for his time and his professionalism. Other plumbers told us it would be a week or more before they could come out. Plumbing 101 of DFW provided us with up front service call, estimate and completed the job all within one day!

I love Baker Brothers. They came out the day after I called. they text you a picture of the technician and a bio when he is on the way. A very nice touch, rarely seen in any business today. Tony was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely friendly. He replaced 2 outdoor faucets and did it all in 30-45 min. I highly recommend Baker Brothers if you are looking for service for your plumbing, electrical or HVAC. I have ditched my home warranty and now call Baker Brothers first. Great job at a reasonable price done in a timely manner and with a smile. I’m a happy customer.

Jeff cameout free of charge for inspection and told us what the initial installers did wrong. He is honest to us to check with warranty guys . He is really good at what he did and good person with honesty.

I think Phantom Plumbing has the greatest service. Ricky arrived on time with a friendly smile. He listened to my concerns and went right to work, assuring me that he could handle the problem. I have “NEVER” had a plumber arrive 3 hours past the estimated time stated. I also have “NEVER” had a plumber who would “NOT” dig where the outside drainage spout was AND didn’t fill the hole back up either; even after someone else dug it up for him! And I have “NEVER” had a plumber tell me he couldn’t go on the roof either! So, needless to say, I will NOT be using this company again!

Gas leak pressure test was done and leak detection found. Repair was done efficiently and with honesty to the required work needed. The plumber was professional and responsive. Thank you.
