Best Air Conditioner Install in Dallas TX

I have 3 A/C units and 2 of them where giving me trouble. They where able to come out the same day and make the repairs. Super dependable, super professional, they did excellent work and will use them again whether is be for A/C concerns or plumbing issues. They are a 5 STAR outfit.

2 units installed with various problems that had to be corrected. Then to top it off they didn't submit my warranty that I was told not to do because they would take care of it. I heard so many excuses over the phone. In the end they replied he didn't get back to me because he was sick and in the hospital. So at first I felt bad but then I realized this was going on for months and a company this size has backup. They don't just leave customers hanging out on a limb. BUT, THEY DID!

Very courteous, respectful of persons and property, neat, and on time. The work is well done and anything that isn't is fixed right at no charge. I have been satisfied with their work!

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

We had an exposed pipe that needed insulation (which froze during last cold front) under and behind the tub, which meant removal and putting back the tub was extremely expensive. After review they decided we could place an access panel through the wall and repair easily with the cost being substantially low. I am impressed that they looked at the need from different angles to accomplish and keep the cost down.

They were so responsive and on top of things when our leasing company wasn't! Can't say thank you enough!

So it isn’t a good feeling when something happens with your plumbing. I got a sick feeling when I knew I was going to need one BUT this plumber - Right Call Solutions made the entire experience, dare I say it - Enjoyable. Yes, it was great. The technician, Jake, was so awesome. He was professional, friendly, understanding & a great listener. They got the job done & it was done RIGHT & FAST. Thank you all so much. We have had them for several yrs, bought out hot water heaters from them & service, always very professional & honest. Ronaldo had been our service tech last several times & is always so polite, very nice & professional, does a grest job! Highly recommend him & company

technician showed up checked upstairs units. claimed both drain lines clogged because moisture was in both pans. then claimed could not check freon levels in units due to clogged drain line. after telling him there is no way a clogged drain line is going to affect the freon levels. he did finally check one unit and claimed it was a little low but that could be due to same clogged drains. He wanted 320.00 $ PER LINE to clean drain lines. when i asked about checking the other unit i was told that would be another service charge. but he was willing to give me a discount (15%) if i sign up for plan to pay them 25.00$ a month .finally i got ready to pay for the 99.00 $ service fee he said there was a 129.00$ diagnostic fee in addition, when i told him the agreement was 99.00$ to get estimate he dropped the 129.00.The technician was professional and pleasant.( i really dont care how pleasant someone is when they are trying to rob me). I rarely leave reviews but these crooks need to be exposed. i will never call again unless i feel the urge to be robbed.

We had an emergency leak. Matt came out and immediately fixed the issue. We are thankful for Texas Blessed!

$150.00 weekend/after hours charge - understandable.. $365.00 capacitor part charge - I don't know; the one replaced cost $16.95 at various supply houses.
