I was selling a house and needed some work done for the buyer's property inspection. I called 4G Electrician and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Easy to communicate with, technicians on schedule, estimate provided, and got the job done quickly and right! Straightforward and very easy to work with!

I called B&C at the start of our remodeling project and Peter was flexible and great about working with and around all the work we had going on with the house. He ended up having to break his work into 3 different trips to fit us into his busy schedule and to accommodate all the work in ours too. He even worked late into the night to make sure he completed the project for us. When he gets there he is fast and thorough. Great honest guy.

Daniel was friendly and explained what was going on. He was extremely patient and helpful with my elderly mother. Thank you for sending a customer service oriented repair man to our home. He was great!

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

The Baker Brothers technician, Matt Becker, actually came by to do a warranty inspection on the water heater installed by BB. He also offered to check out the bathroom fixtures for free. While doing so he identified plumbing issue with one of our toilets, gave us a reasonable quote. He was able to perform the repair on the spot. Bottom line, we are very happy with the outcome of his work and would highly recommend him!

November 7, 2019 update.....I want to acknowledge Ryan Rennie a service technician for Xtreme Air Services. A more professional and competent tech you would be hard pressed to find. Ryan truly exemplifies what customer service is about. Truly an outstanding representative of your company.This business continues to deliver superior customer service. During my fall PM the tech discovered that my downstairs unit igniter was border line. He suggested that it be replaced given that the winter months were ahead. Instead of using a generic one he drove to the Trane warehouse and secured an OEM part and returned as promised the first thing the next day.My upstairs A/C failed at 3:00 am. I called and left a message and at 5:45am I got a call back!! A service tech would be dispatched between 8:00 and noon that day. At 9:00 MIKE YOUNGBLOOD showed up, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Shortly thereafter I received a call from the company asking if everything was satisfactory. This is not and won’t be my last dealings with them but they define what customer service should be. Eddy should be proud of the company he has created and fostered.
