Best Water Heater Replacement in Columbus OH

This company came recommended by the previous owner of our new home. We will pass on the recommendation because these plumbers are prompt, do a great job and charge a fair price. What more can one ask for?

Our toilet was clogged and backed up into our shower. We called when they first opened and they came to our house a couple hours later. They fixed our clog fairly quickly and professionally. Overall, they did a great job and I'll be calling them again in the future for more work.

Waterworks called to give me 30 minute notice, then the plumber, Cornell, called when he got to my house to make sure he was parked conveniently. He was very friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do. He ended up having to go all the way to the basement to get the clog completely opened, but never seemed put out at the extra work. Everywhere he worked was left spotless, he made sure the only sign of his work was the job well done. The credit card payment process was easy and he reminded me of the 90 day warranty. We will definitely use Waterworks in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues!

Steve Baumann came to my house to give me an estimate for rewiring my gas fireplace. I wanted my fireplace to turn on and off using a remote control because I was uncomfortable using the key and starting the pilot. Steve took the time to teach me how to start my fireplace. In fact, he gave me step by step instructions and stayed until I felt comfortable that I could do it on my own. I'm so thankful to Steve and I'm so thankful to God for putting Steve in my path. Christianity is alive & well.

Can't say enough good things about this team. They were prompt and had fantastic attitudes and great craftsmanship. The longer story - we were in a bind during a basement renovation when our last contractors began work without an approved plan from the city, so they weren't able to pull permits. I found Apex Plumbing on HomeAdvisor and they were quick to come help us out after we had a new plan approved. They consistently made sure I was happy every step of the process. Here's some photos of the plumbing rough-in and the concrete cover-up (they even added a new floor drain to get it out of the way of the hallway we're building in the finished basement). Passed inspection on the first try. Nice job!

Robert came within an hour of me calling and knew right away we needed a new sump pump. He had everything finished in under an hour. Very kind and professional!

I became associated with Mr Rooter about 7 years ago when they were the only one that would answer my emergency distress call. I live in Lancaster and nobody in Lancaster would help me . It was on a Saturday afternoon and I called mr. Rooter and they were here within an hour. They are very professional very reasonable and very friendly. Will H explain to me exactly what I needed what he would do and how much it would cost. After the work was finished he showed me the parts and they were definitely bad. At this time he also gave me an estimate for a new toilet which I intend to have done within the next two to three months and I will request Will as my technician. Every one I've been associated with at mr. Rooter have been very very friendly and I will continue to do business with them.

Getting a hold of anyone here is quite difficult, even if you're already in the middle of a repair.

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

Accurate Plumbing did a good job removing old fixtures before bathtub refinish and installing new after it was done. I appreciated Mike's timely responses to me via e-mail. And Jim was very prompt for scheduled appointments and did a good work!

What an excellent experience we had with this company. We woke up to a non-functioning toilet Sunday morning. After trying all the 'tricks' and it still not working, we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and they were at our home within a couple of hours. Not only did he (the owner) repair our toilet, we needed all the shut-off valves and hoses replaced on every toilet and sink in the house, and he replaced all of it. He took care of all of that, plus replacing our kitchen faucet because it was leaking (we had not been aware it was leaking). All of this was done within a couple of hours, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were pleasantly surprised as we had been pricing the replacement of all the valves and hoses, and this was cheaper than what we expected...with the added bonus of a beautiful new kitchen faucet. We will DEFINITELY use them again, and we HIGHLY recommend you use them for your plumbing needs!

Great communication, and calls if there are questions or things that haven't been discussed vs. doing what's easiest. Takes pride in his work, which is hard to find in this field.
