Best Water Heater Emergency in Columbus OH

I had an emergency and a friendly, professional tech came out right away. I had called a couple of the larger plumbing companies first and they didn't have anyone they could send out for at least 24 hours. P & D Professionals are locally owned and operated and that makes a big difference - your business really matters to them.

Our sink drain has been severely clogged for weeks. We have tried everything to fix it ourselves, but we have had no luck. Tonight, I called Roto Rooter to schedule an appointment to have it fixed. I was prepared to schedule the appointment for next week or even the week after. I was incredibly thrilled when the operator told me she would have a technician at our house TONIGHT by 10:00 p.m. I asked her if there would be an extra charge since the technician would be coming after hours, and she assured there would not be. Roughly 10-15 minutes later, I got a text letting me know the technician would be at our home shortly! This was a full four hours BEFORE she told me the technician would arrive! I was thrilled! Aaron arrived at our house and was immediately friendly and professional. He assessed the situation, and let us the cost for the service up front. He even let us know of a coupon that was available for us to use. Aaron was professional, friendly, and efficient. He was honest with fixed our problem quickly. He made absolutely no mess at all! Our experience with Roto Rooter was top notch! I highly recommend Roto Rooter and Aaron for any of your plumbing needs.

Peter from The Waterworks was super helpful and very friendly. He took a look at multiple concerns I had around the house and was very patient as I asked all my questions. I’ll definitely be contacting The Waterworks again for any future plumbing needs I have.

We needed emergency service and i tried calling twice and it did nothing but ring. It put me on hold, told me i would be connected to the next available representative and then all it would do was ring. I will try anorher service.

Dustin had a trainee named Joe with him. They were both very friendly and did excellent work. Dustin explained everything they were doing in an easy to understand way. I would definitely recommend this company. We had used them previously several years ago and were happy with their work then and now.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Accurate Plumbing did a good job removing old fixtures before bathtub refinish and installing new after it was done. I appreciated Mike's timely responses to me via e-mail. And Jim was very prompt for scheduled appointments and did a good work!

We’ve used Benjamin Franklin plumbing for our hot water tank, shower leak, and replacing a leaking water meter. Always on time and very reasonably priced. Usually same day appointment. Highly recommend.

Dave was great! Helped me understand our problem and best way to fix it. Came when he said he would and helped us out in an emergent situation. He does it right and wants nothing more than to help his customers and fix their issues. Would definitely recommend him.

Recently had a main drain issue in my older home. After contacting 3 different plumber/drain cleaning companies, whose estimates were ridiculous, a neighbor recommended Chuck Ball, owner of CCG. Chuck came to my home....after hours on a Friday night and after working all day and assured me he would take care of the problem. He had to return to his shop for the water pressurized snake, needed to clear the drain properly. His professionalism, knowledge and caring efficiency was amazing. The actual clearing only took about 10 minutes, not the hours others had estimated it would take, including digging up my yard. The blockage was in my basement main drain U joint pipe, not my aeration system! Not only was I delighted with his attitude and work ethic, but with the more than reasonable cost. Can't give him enough kudos!! Hire this company!
