John (owner) was very compassionate in the middle of the night and tried to walk me through what I could do before determining that I definitely needed a new shower valve - I damaged valve previously, trying to get very old stuck cartridge out.
They came next morning and fixed everything correctly - retrofitting to new style valve.
They were great (knowledgeable and professional employees) and more than reasonable for the amount of work required in my situation!

After being treated very badly by a competitor, I called G&M. I couldn't have been more pleased. Aaron was responsive, professional and kept in close communication during the process. This was one of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had with a home professional. I called and got an appointment the next day. I’ve had issues with water not properly draining to the sewer. I wasn’t sure if it was clogged, broken or what but it was a concern. Dalton showed up and let me tell him my concerns. Walked with me around the home and decided it needed camera work to see the issue. We found that the pipe was severely destroyed. Upon inspection, the camera got stuck and Dalton helped me remove a piece of lawn, fix the pipe, and helped me apply dirt to fill a sinkhole that was developing.
Top notch service and went above and beyond! Kudos!

Called Mr Rooter after my sewer main was backing up. They were out within an hour. Torrey was professional as could be. He was prompt and explained everything perfectly. Got my line cleared in no time.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Contacted Accurate on a Monday to schedule service on my sump pump (which had gone out)...Mike squeezed me into the schedule for the following day. Service Rep (Mike) came out promptly and installed a new sump pump - very responsive, knowledgeable and quick! Definitely recommend them...Thank you!

This company is great! My business has been using them for a while now. We had used other plumbing companies to fix the smell in our bathrooms and no one knew how to fix it. Montana and some of his crew came to our business, said what was wrong immediately and fixed the issue. He is so nice, and professional.
