I had a leak in my main water line in my house. When I called in, I was pleasantly met with a real live person on the other end. The dispatcher quickly and effectively shared my options from a scheduling standpoint. The Service Rep that showed up to my house was on time and prepared. He quickly accesses my problem, gathered necessary tool and materials, then work very efficiently and resolved my problem quicker than I thought. I couldn't be more pleased about my experience and no doubt be using Plumbing & Drian Professionals for all my plumbing needs.

Both my wife and I called for a rather important plumbing issue. We were both told separately that we'd be called back to schedule it and it never happened. We ended up having to go with a different company. It is inexcusable to leave a customer hanging like that and I definitely would NOT recommend using this company for your plumbing needs...

Jared did a great job. I had a mystery leak on the ceiling that I though was from the shower, but he found that it was from the toilet. Showed me what was wrong, and fixed it quickly at a great price.

Replaced an outdoor spigot and pipe after it burst this winter. Brandon quickly installed new hardware and had it up and running in no time. Communication was great, and Brandon is transparent in pricing before starting the work. I will continue to use Bucktown C&M for my plumbing needs!

MRC Plumbing did a GREAT job!!! The first tech that came out was unsure of my problem. I have well water & I know sometimes it takes a lot of diagnostics to find the problem. Of course it was a Friday & I was afraid I would go all weekend with no water. Without having water I was frustrated & upset. A team of 3 guys came out on Saturday & stayed all day to find & fix my problem. I REALLY appreciate all the hard work!! Thank you for being a company I can count on!!!!!

The truck they’re using has a broken left headlight and their driver likes to weave in and out of the left lane on top of that.

We cannot say enough good things about this company. Called on Friday night around 8:00, they were here by 8:30 with a diagnosis and our new water heater tank was installed by Saturday at noon. Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.
