Plumbing and drain professionals have completed several jobs in my house with all the new renovations over the years I have needed them on many occasions. They never disapoint. In March 2017 we had two technicians come out because our floor drain was overflowing and our outdated sump pump was not operating correctly. The technicians snaked our main sewer line and said it was cleared., reluctantly put in a new sump pump and that was that. During the course of the year we fixed a broken downspout drain pipe which was our sump pump issue. About a week ago our floor drain started overflowing again. Had another plumbing company come out , they found a clog under the basement which was massive and was the problem all along. During the inspection they also found that the sewer line was not only clear and didn't have any water in it, but broken as well. How Waterworks couldn't tell they were snaking something with no water in it and was broken is beyond me!

The professionals I spoke to prior to the dig were great. But the people who came out and performed the dig were not up to standard. On Christmas Eve, I had to have a 4ft section of pipe dug out of my backyard and replaced. These guys left pizza boxes & trash scattered everywhere. It was completely unacceptable and by far just a poor way to treat a client. Not appreciated.Updated Review: Mr. Rooter contacted me and ended up coming back out to spread seed & straw cover to regrow the grass in the area they had to dig up for no cost due to the size of my project and the above behavior. I am pleased that they stand behind their company and customer satisfaction! While it was initially a negative experience and I am still struggling to grow grass in that area, I am very satisfied that they offered such a generous response to the improper behavior. Hopefully I will never need their services again but if I do, this act will guarantee I return!

I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! They also employ the best plumber in town, Mike. Mike is do knowledgeable that other plumbers ask his opinion. You definitely can’t go wrong using Accurate Plumbing.

I've been meaning to leave this review for over a year, but better late than never! During a huge storm here in Columbus, when we later learned that thousands of people had sump pump failure and basement flooding, ours began to flood around 11 in the evening. When we contacted Benjamin Franklin, they were at our house in less than an hour, even though it was nearly midnight by that point. The gentleman turned out to be the owner, who had been working nonstop all evening and said he'd probably continue to work until the early hours of the AM. Still he was polite and professional, and worked quickly. He showed us what had failed and explained how he was replacing/repairing things, and then, he waved his after-hours fee without us even asking.
The next day, I noticed that when the sump pump finished each cycle, there was a hissing sound, and small amount of water escaping from the seal. I called, and they were again out very quickly and fixed it for no additional charge. We've yet to need a plumber again, but we will undoubtedly be calling them when the time comes.

They are very professional when you can get them to show up. They did an excellent job the first time, but I've called 3x to schedule an appointment to fix another issue and they say they'll call me back to schedule an appointment, but I still haven't gotten a call back.

I could not be happier with both the quality of the equipment, as well as the professionalism and thoroughness of the installers. I highly recommend Carpenter Plumbing.
