I had a house fire last month. Everyone is safe, but the house is going to need a lot of work. We had an electrician from Efficient come out to restore power to a basement outlet so I could run my irrigation system. On May 26th he said not only did he get the outlet powered, he resorted power to the house for the contractors to use for their power tools while rebuilding the house. I went to the house on 5/27 to plug in my irrigation system and there was no power. I turned on lights throughout the house and still no power. I plugged items in outlets throughout the house and there wasn’t power. So I called and complained. The electrician’s supervisor told me that he did restore power the the whole house and the outlet for my irrigation system. So now I’m very upset. I went to the burned house with a lamp, blender, and iPhone with charger. I made a video of myself plugging everything into the outlet he said had power and plugged the items into outlets throughout the house to PROVE there was no power!!! I decided to get another electrician. The new guy from a different company restored power to the outlet and showed me that the guy from Efficient DIDNT do what he told his supervisor over and over that he did! Every single wire in the fuse box was dangling and none of the wires were labeled. I do not recommend this company at all! They totally lied to everyone involved.

Tim and Dion did a great job installing a lights to a front entrance to a neighborhood. They worked to avoid harming plants and property which was appreciated. The configuration wasn’t ideal on the first pass which took nighttime viewing to see. There was zero pushback or struggle from Mr Electric’s team to promptly rework and improve at no extra expense.

From start to finish, this company was an absolute pleasure to work with. They truly are about building relationships with their customers! As a first time home owner, not only was I comfortable with Big City Electric in my home, but I would recommend them to anyone. They are honest, very reasonably priced, and professional. Kept our whole house clean while they replaced all outlets and switches and did a whole panel switch too. I’ll be having them back to continue more work in my home as I keep moving forward with projects! Great group of people working for this company, that is for sure!

Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

We first used Arlington Electric for an emergency call- Bob was able to fit us into his schedule same day. He then later assisted with repairing and replacing several electrical issues resulting from having a 1960’s home. Bob was super responsive, came as scheduled, took time to explain options and the repairs he was making, and stayed at the price he quoted. Would definitely recommend!

Our experience with Bradley Electric was excellent. Anthony and Ethan were amazing!!! They arrived when they said they would. They were very courteous and took care of our home by wearing protective footwear and cleaned up when the project was finished. I really appreciate the fact that they spent a considerable amount of time wrapping their heads around the project to come up with the best course of action to achieve my goals for the work. I was always kept informed of the work that was being done to ensure that I approved of the placement of the conduit lines and holes that would be placed in my walls. Overall, this was a great experience!! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you to the Bradley team. I’ll definitely be using you in the future!

I'm highly disappointed. They missed their appointment and didn't even bother to call. I called to see what was going on after the appointment time slot and was told I would get a call back. I never received a call so I called again. I can't seem to get any answers.

Jason and Christian came out to assist with an electrical problem at the house. They were professional and able to solve our problem quickly. I highly recommend Converse Electric if you need electrical work done in your home! We will be using their services in the future!

What does it say about a business when you phone twice and they don't bother to return your calls? If they can't handle the basics why should I trust them for anything else?

John Bell did an excellent job with an urgent situation we had in our hands with a poorly installed fan that caught fire in our master bedroom. He was super polite and even wore shoe coverings throughout our house.
He also did a nice thing to educate us while installing new fan. The steps he took to ensure everything was safely installed was impeccable. We will for sure use John Bell again for future services and recommend him to others.

I’m not one to normally give bad reviews but when one is due, it’s due. I scheduled an appointment for Oct.4 as same day service only because they stated they had availability. The email advised that a tech would be at my house between 1-4 pm. At 345 pm when no had yet shown, I called and spoke with someone. They stated that I was next on the list and somebody would be there after 4 pm. Ok no problem. I get a call about 445 pm that the tech is 15 min. away. Only problem was he never showed up. I gave up hope at 6 and was very disappointed. If you can’t make it that’s fine, just tell the customer you can’t make it! I had been waiting at my house since 1 pm, not impressed.

I had A-pole barn built and positive electric came out to care of all my needs. Went above and beyond in a matter of days. Trustworthy, reliable and dependable service. Top notch hard find good electricians I highly recommend.
