Troy was very professional and skilled. My chihuahua is a good judge of character, and they got along famously. Their plumbers dont work on commission, so Troy was efficient and thorough without trying to pad his hours or upsell me. I am very happy with Troy and G&M. I will use them again in the future and I highly recommend that you do also. It will be a wise decision for your wallet and peace of mind.

Made an appt on Friday for my older parents who are both sick with one in hospital for the following Monday , said they would be there between 10 am and 2 pm. I called them at 330 said they would have to reschedule for Tues. Arrived in the hrs they said but didn't call or text first. The gentleman who came and unclogged the drain was amazing I would give him 5 stars.

I had a flood last Thursday and i called waterworks at 8 30am. The lady on the phone was very polite and professional. Even though this was a big deal to me and my wife the lady on the phone was calm and listened to us and our concerns. She got us in between 9am and 12pm the technician called on the way and was at my home by 9 30ish. The technician was kind and courteous and knowledgeable about his job and how to perform it. The technician had to bring equipment into my home and was very careful not to damage my walls coming in or leaving. I also work in a customer service field and i take great pride in taking care of my customers. Its great to see that Joe the technician and his team do the the same. So thank you waterworks from the Heise family to you guys. Job well done.

Another company quoted us $10,000 and a weeks worth of work. Fitz Baumann came out the same day and fixed our problem within an hour and was only $305! They were responsive, professional and did amazing work on an old house.

After 2 cancellations due to rain emergencies and staff shortages, I was ready to look elsewhere but Ashley (dispatcher) understood my frustration and worked to make it right. Josh was in and out within the hour that same day. Very professional, I requested quotes for 2 other projects on my to-do list, that were emailed to me with my receipt. I will hire them again.

If your problem involves ANYTHING more than a drain, get a real plumber instead. I called them in to look at a leak and next thing I know, they're trying to sell me a remodel on the entire bathroom. They even brought in their restoration team to try to milk my homeowners insurance to pay for the remodel. On top of all that they charged $600 to do a recaulking job that had to be redone a few weeks later by someone else. Again, save a ton of money and get it right by calling a REAL PLUMBER. If a company sends a technician, send him back.I only clicked one star because the review wouldn't let me use zero or better yet, negative stars

Michael cleared the kitchen drain and the main sewer blockage using two different snake machines. He didn't give up. Michael cleaned when he was finished.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

We discovered we had frozen pipes in our son’s bathroom (above garage) and called Accurate Plumbing along with numerous others on Christmas Day. The only company that called us back was Accurate. John, one of their team members, gave me very helpful advice and told me to turn all of the water off to the entire house in order to save the pipes from bursting when they unthawed. Mike, the owner, then called me back the following day to see what the situation was and was willing to squeeze us into their schedule whenever those pipes thawed out. We touched base daily and they came out this morning, actually even earlier than the appointment time. Upon turning the water back on, apparently we “got lucky” and had no leaks/broken pipes.
I can’t thank Mike, John, Cameron and their entire team enough!!! Had we not been given their advice who knows what kind of damage we’d have experienced today. They are very communicative, knowledgeable, responsive and really seem to care. I’ll use Accurate Plumbing any time I have a plumbing situation in the future…they’re the best!!!

I need to retract this critical review as Plumbing One did this job correctly. It was my own lack of knowledge that was the issue. They sent out on of their techs who reviewed everything with me today.
I was wrong and apologize for this misguided review.
So, with that would recommend this company to do any work requested.

We recently had a water heater installed by Plumbing one as a contractor through Home Depot. After the installation was completed and they had left I noticed that the line leading from our home humidifier no longer had a water control valve on it. I’ve contacted Home Depot’s service about this with no resolution. I should have known better than to go through HD for this. It is such a hassle when there is an issue with the work that was contracted.However, It is ultimately up to Plumbing One to resolve this as they did not complete the job correctly. Be careful using them.

The crew sent in was very polite and worked well around my needs. They worked fast and clean. I am enjoying our new, safer shower. They worked easily with the VA for payment due to my disability. I highly recommend this business for all of any plumbing needs.

Extremely expensive! Almost 800 dollars just to reset 2 toilets (new wax ring and 1 needed new bolts) and replace a flange! Job was done but at a ridiculous cost!

Water line was leaking in my bathroom, under the floor. They were professional, on time, fixed the leak and even installed my vanity at no extra charge. Highly recommend, great service!
