My experience with Roto Rooter was fabulous from beginning to end. I called to schedule an appointment close to 9pm on a Tuesday night and was advised someone would be out within 4 hours. Dave showed up within an hour and replaced the thermocouple on our hot water tank and we had hot water within 40 minutes. Dave was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again.

This is a small business, but small means to talk directly to the owner when there are questions. Steve spent the time to explain the job, to over things with old plumbing that could go wrong. and how they would charge for the work.
Plumber was Tim—34 years experience, friendly and would answer any questions as the job proceeded. When he got into a little bit of unexpected work, there was no complaints—he just competently worked his way through it.
Job was started as scheduled; I got a call from Baumann at 7:30 am when the City of Columbus was on its way to shut off the water at the curb , and I got a call when their plumber was on his way.
I bid the job with another company, and Baumann was more than competitive.
This company provides great service, and live people answer their phone.
This is a A+ company that deserves its 5 star rating.

Michael Perry came out and cleared my sewer drain of all the roots he could find. He was here for over 3 hours promising me that he was going to clean out as many roots as he could get. And he did. I really appreciated his dedication in his job . He by far is one the best plumbers I had since the 25 years I lived here. Very respectful and kind. I would recommend him to everybody but you can't have him because he's my plumber now? Quality Drain Solutions is the company to call. ( I don't give reviews but today I was blessed and thankful for the service I received)
