Two technicians arrived and had shoe covers already over work shoes. Lead technician evaluated our two plumbing needs and gave my husband a choice of supplying the plumbing parts or we could pick up.
Husband got half of the plumbing parts needs. Technicians work very efficiently and very very timely. Explained warranty on work and took care to make sure each area was throughly cleaned. My husband and i would highly recommended this company.

I wanted to give an update a year later. One of our toilet seats had 2 cracks in it, I called the company, sent an email with pictures of the seat, the owner called to confirm receiving the email and pictures. The owner placed an order for the toilet seat and the toilet seat came in earlier than expected, the company came out replaced the seat and we are back in business. This company is still holding its standard of being professional and backing up their warranty of their products, we will still use them in the future.

Rescue is exactly what this company did... After a disappointing experience with my warranty group who said my issue wasn't covered.. I was willing to pay the company directly...and advised that he only does warranty work. They scheduled 2nd opinion... He didn't have the needed equipment. I contacted Rescue Rooter... In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Outdoor spigot fix. First guy that came out, Jim, was the rudest,most unprofessional repairman I’ve ever been around.
Refused to take his shoes off to come in the house bc he wears ‘arch supports.’
Fine just throw ur boot covers on.
‘I don’t have any.’
So apparently he thinks it’s ok to track mud and dirt and the outdoors all through one’s house.
Owner did call and apologize. Which was nice.
Different plumber came out and installed new spigot.
Great. Except the next day come to find out it’s been dripping.
All night.
And it sounds like someone is breaking rocks into gravel each time I turn it on.
A truly awful experience.

Had them come back and replace the drain in guest bath.
