Best Sump Pump Inspection in Columbus OH

Horrible pricing all of a sudden. All the techs I was used to working with on my properties are now gone and I understand why. They aren't your mom amd pops plumbing company, they charge 400$! To just snake a drain and they're main lines are double what everyone else is charging.

After being treated very badly by a competitor, I called G&M. I couldn't have been more pleased. Aaron was responsive, professional and kept in close communication during the process. I found their prices to be fair and their recommendations on future work valid as well. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Chad was nothing less than exceptional. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing, including his “ugly gloves”. lol. Just a refreshing change from typical service people. I would highly recommend this gentleman anytime!

Love this company. This is the only company we use for our plumbing needs. We have had them help us on multiple occasions from things like replacing a pipe, water was leaking through the ceiling, to repairing a sewer pipe. You call when you need them and they come out extremely fast. The plumbers and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and help in every way. They can definitely be trusted with exceptional work. How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

I have worked with Accurate Plumbing for the last 5 years. They have always been quick to respond and service. Unfortunately we had an incident of black mold generating from a broken seal at the base of commode. I already had an Appt the following week to unclog drain, but when I called Mike and explained the situation he had Bill out within hours. Bill was great about resolving the issue and cleaning up. (As well as fixing the items I already had an Appt for!). Highly recommend!
