Called and scheduled an emergency plumbing service for Wednesday evening and even received a text confirming the appointment. Called a while after the expected time to find out they rescheduled my “emergency” appointment for Friday. Glad I can’t shower for two days

Though they performed the jet cleaning of my foundation drains and inspected with a camera, I felt the whole service was rushed. Like not giving water a chance to clear the pipe before inspecting with camera. Estimate for sump pump was $1000 higher than a competitive estimate and included less installation work than the competitor.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Custom Care went above and beyond. They came out to a staked property to put in the driveway for the house to be built. Chuck, the owner, was very kind and and made sure to answer all of my questions. Zach was the supervisor on site and he was also very kind and knowledgeable. The dirt work was clean and the gravel that was spread and packed looked very uniform. They were efficient and worked diligently to get the first step of the project done!
