Best Sewer Issues in Columbus OH

I was very impressed with Moose (Daniel), he was very informative and took his time explaining things to me. Not only were they great on value but price as well. I highly recommend them.

I feel sure that Jose and Aloune will not want to see our 82 year old pipes ever again. Two full days of labor and they got it right. The price was not terrifying as one might think having to break through three rooms of plaster in order to get to those rusty pipes. This is our company from now on. The 5 stars go to you guys,With thanks. I like you, but I don't want to see you for several years lol.

First off, they are rated on Google 5 stars. There's a reason for that. First, they quoted me over the phone. Even when I wanted the tank moved and he needed to reroute plumbing lines. Secondly, he was attentive. Took care of the surroundings. Third, he showed up early. And then he got the work done in half the time. All together this is the only place in Columbus I will get a water heater from. Highly recommended.

Kevin and Justin from Flush Drains were excellent at explaining the issues for some leaks and water pressure issues we had in our new home. Phenomenal service! We recently bought a flipped (poorly) house They repaired a gas line for our stove within minutes.
We then had to call them out for a pipe leaking under our sink and a spigot issue with our washer and they were able to schedule it for same day. On top of that, they came earlier than scheduled and repaired all our issues plus made sure our other spigots were tight. Absolutely fantastic customer service, each tech has been incredibly friendly and professional.
I’m now referring Gunther Plumbing to all of my coworkers and friends - they really eased the stress of new home ownership.

I called at 1am on a Friday night with no power to the house. Joe was here within 18 minutes and fixed the issue. He was very helpful and professional. Will use this company again if needed.

I had several quotes and 1-Tom 1 wasn't highest and 2 wasn't filled with unrelated items that felt dishonest. I had John come out to my new home to handle several items; a garbage disposal installation, loose toilet, loose shower fitting and few odds and ends. He was prompt, professional, incredibly knowledgeable about his craft, and very honest in quotes and recommendations.

A few weeks later I needed a plumber to install a valve per the city. I, without hesitation, called 1-Tom again and asked for John.

The staff on the phone is incredibly polite and not pushy about services. Scheduling was easy too.

If I ever need a plumber again, I will immediately call 1-Tom.
