Best Rooter Plumbing in Columbus OH

Our salesman Josh didn't exactly tell us the whole truth when it came time for our restoration. He assured me everything would be taken care once I gave him our homeowners policy number. Far from it, I am now chasing people down to get a balance due paid to them, instead of calling me back, I get letters stating I am 30 days past due. This was because my insurance had to negotiate with the first bill sent. As far as the service technicians they were awesome and did wonderful work. But I hope I never have to use roto rooter again.

Jason was professional and efficient. Job was done in a timely manner and he was very respectful. If we need plumbing services again we will ask for him.

Plumber was very friendly and helpful. He worked quickly and kept the area clean. Provided same day service for a kitchen sink clog. Grateful I dont have to deal withthis for any longer.

Arrived promptly when promised and was knowledgeable. We thought we had a water heater leak, but he diagnosed the problem as sewer backup. He offered options and followed our requests in to minimize costs. Greatly appreciated!

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

I had Brandon come into my home and I showed him where/ what the problem was and he right away pretty much knew what was wrong. He had great communication and walked me step by step on what he was going to do to fix the problem. The work was done quickly and successfully! Great job.

They changed the pressure tank on my well system. I tried 2 other companies with no success at them keeping appointments. They responded very promptly, and completed work professionally, and as promised. I Would definitely recommend them.

They did a terrific job replacing my sewer pipe and they left everything looking neat and clean. I would definite call them again for any plumbing service.

I would not recommend them to anybody! They came to our house a few weeks ago to fix our garbage disposal, & our hot water tank. They fixed the garbage disposal, & it works great. The hot water tank? Not so much! They changed the setting on the HWT, & we thought that's all that was needed, but soon after they left, we noticed that our HWT was slowly dripping water onto our basement floor, & has been ever since. My husband called them, left a voicemail, & told them what was going on, & then I left them an email on their website, saying the same thing. We've heard absolutely nothing from them! We even paid them $75 for the service call for them to come out the one time that they did, & now, we can't get them to come back out here again!

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.
