Affordable and effective

I used Waterworks to replace my sewer line, install a sump pump and roughs ins for a bathroom, and wet bar in my basement. The sales person was very professional during the bid process and gave us a good price for the work. The sales person was also honest about the urgency of some of the work which was not the case with some of the other contractors we spoke to. However once they started the work we had a number of problems. First they put the sink in the wrong location 2 times despite the fact that we had marked the location for them on the wall with permanent marker. Next, they called and told me that they had finished the work. However, when I came home I found that crucial parts of the project had not been touched and they left the basement looking like a mud pit. Finally, to top it all off they got a tool stuck in my sewer line on a Friday and had to shut off my plumbing for the weekend until they could get a permit to dig up the alley behind my house to get the tool out. After all these issues they were fair with me in issuing me a credit for the work but it wasn't worth the headache. A year and a half later my basement flooded when my sump pump failed due to the check valve not being installed properly. When I asked them to come out and look at the sump pump they told me they had no record of them installing a sump pump at my house! I would never recommend using this company even if they give you the best price. I think they are honest and ethical which is great but unfortunately those qualities can't cover up technical incompetency and bad record keeping.

I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company. And from the owner no less. If you want a company to stand by its work, don't use Fritz Bauman. We had called the company back after a leak continued. They would not leave without collecting $150 and no work was done. If I could leave no stars, I would. They don't stand by their work and so unprofessional when trying to work things out.

Didn't seem very interested in helping me. $65 charge for 5 minutes here, only to tell me that it was draining fine. I appreciate the owners williness to help with the situation. He offered to come out and access the issue and try to give some other solution to stop the debris from going to the top of the drain. Never had an owner call me before to help. Thank you

Tom was earlier than scheduled but called first. Very friendly and knowledgeable and had job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for all plumbing needs

Accurate Plumbing did a good job removing old fixtures before bathtub refinish and installing new after it was done. I appreciated Mike's timely responses to me via e-mail. And Jim was very prompt for scheduled appointments and did a good work!

Zach did a tremendous job in handling the emergency replacement of my garbage disposal. He came on a Sunday within hours of my call. The quick response and professionalism was off the charts. I am also going to use the company for extensive projects I have in my home based on Zach's recommendations.

Replumbed entire house for us. Trevor works efficiently, and in a timely manner. Always upbeat and positive, great overall attitude. Great communication, and calls if there are questions or things that haven't been discussed vs. doing what's easiest. Takes pride in his work, which is hard to find in this field. Calhoun Plumbing came out last week as my main sewer line was clogged, They said they fixed the clog but it was backed up again after 6 days. The city was out doing line work and when I told them my line was backed up they ran a camera and said I have roots blocking my line. I called Calhoun and they then recommended I do a $550 service. I asked why they didn't do this last week and they advised they wouldn't have known what the issue was at the time (isn't that why I called them?). I asked for a credit of the $170 I paid last week to be applied to the new service and they said that work wasn't warranted. I took my business to Drainbusters and they did an excellent job same day. I'll be using them going forward.
