Requested an estimate on a job and I took a day off to be available. I was given times but tech could not make it due to meetings at those times and came, I think, the next day. Left me a per hour summary in writing and I could have gotten that from the office- what they charge per hour not the number of hours associated with the job.. Gave me a verbal quote and we went with it. Tech did a good job in two visits and I have no problems with the quality of work. Final bill was three times the verbal estimate. Not happy but paid it as it was only $5.00 more than a competitor's estimate I had gotten. A little frustrated I waited a week and spoke to a VP about the execution/cost of the service. He was responsive and said they would mail $100 voucher for work in the future. That was about a month ago- no voucher. Hmmmmm

I called a week ahead to schedule a visit to assess a toilet that was intermittently running and replace the transparent hose under my kitchen sink (from the dishwasher) which was 10 years old and a little moldy inside. Scheduling the visit went well and I anticipated an uneventful visit from the Baumann company. Two workers were sent for some reason, but it did appear as if the young man was in training mode. The hose was repaired, as well as the toilet. The workers did leave to purchase a part for the toilet.
My concerns are that I was billed for the time they were away, I was charged with a service call fee which I knew nothing about, I did not receive the receipt for the items that were purchased although I was specifically billed for them, and he described problems on the service call sheet that I did not say to him on the phone.
When the work was done and I received the bill, I had one of the workers contact the owner. After expressing my concerns, Mr. Baumann told me flatly: You should have asked, when I mentioned the service call fee (his workers were present and we were on speaker phone). He made it clear that he did not care about my concerns. It was my problem...and I still have not received a receipt for items he billed me for.
When I initially called, I told Mr. Baumann I had 2 projects, one at home and one which was business related and that the second would depend on how the first was handle. I guess he forgot that...or didn't care. Needless to say, I won't use him again or refer him to others.

I called DrainMaster due to my tub draining very very slow. Previously I used another
company who I won't name that worked on it a month ago. I called that company first but they would not honor their 30 day guarantee because I was 2 days past because the guarantee date simply because I was out of state for a funeral and was not aware of the problem I was having at home. I got on line and decided to use DrainMaster since they were getting good reviews. I am so glad that I did! Tina and Eric were professionals and explained everything to me on what they were doing. They were very neat and clean up was exceptional. From here on out they will be the only company I will call for my plumbing and drain problems !! Thank you Tina and Eric !!

Very prompt and able to send a professional out quickly. The plumber was knowledgeable about did quick work, very tidy and clean. The only down side was the cost was higher than I expected, over $200 to replace a garbage disposal that I had bought. But that’s the price you pay for convenience and having someone able to come over quickly.

My husband and I called for a week, no one ever came, and no one returned my calls or my husband's. I took my business elsewhere.

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! They also employ the best plumber in town, Mike. Mike is do knowledgeable that other plumbers ask his opinion. You definitely can’t go wrong using Accurate Plumbing.

We emailed Antwan on Monday and he was able to come Wednesday (not an emergency repair). He was on time, super professional, and did an excellent repair on the pipes beneath our kitchen sink. The price was super reasonable and less than we even expected. Would definitely recommend and we will be calling him again for future repairs!

Let me start by saying I couldn't find any reputable plumbing companies to show up for appointments or even return my calls even after having already talked to them. I'm talking multiple companies.
I hired G-Tech to install a backflow preventer (check valve)on my main sewer line to prevent future basement flooding from the city sewer line that had backed up into my basement 4 times in the last 2 years. Their pricing was extremely fair for the work involved and the 2 techs (Grant & Audie) arrived on time and worked tirelessly late into the night until the job was complete.
Their work involved jack hammering my basement floor open and digging down to access the main sewer line where they installed the check valve. They provided an overview of their work as the job progressed and after the job was complete they painstakingly cleaned all the surrounding areas so it was as clean as when they arrived.
The end result was much more than I expected. Their attention to detail and the cement finish work was beautiful. I would definitely recommend G-Tech to anyone looking for a reputable company that delivers exactly what they promise.

This company is used by IGS home warranty. I had water leak at my indoor shutoff valve and they were sent out. After assessing the issue, I was informed that they didn’t have the required parts on their truck and would be back the next day. When I called the next morning to see what time to expect them, they immediately got agitated and told me I wasn’t even on their schedule and it would be impossible for them to come. The phone representative was extreme rude during the conversation. After this experience and then reading other reviews for this company, I went back to IGS, told them of my experience and lack of confidence that Calhoun could do the job timely and properly and requested a different vendor. If you need immediate assistance and want a professional experience, I would not use this company. When IGS called to cancel my job with them, they were treated with the same level of disrespect as I was.

So many people wrote not to use this company and if I could give 0 stars I would. I have never seen a company care so little about doing their job. You pay them to come into your home and do nothing.

I had someone come in to fix a toilet. Second time already. It runs water continuously into the bowl after a few flushes, so we keep the valve off.

First guy goes in. Is there for just about 10 minutes. Says he fixed it and it was parts put in incorrectly. I'm cool with it, happy to have a working toilet finally. About three flushes in and the same thing happens again.

I call and then send a Drake out to fix it. I thank him for being there. Maybe 3 or so minutes in he's got the valve on, sitting on the bowl of the toilet with the lid closed looking at the back and he says nothing is wrong with the toilet so he can't fix anything. I. Was. Baffled. This man hasn't flushed the toilet once, he's just sitting on the bowl the water runs into not even looking at it, and with his expertise claims there is no issue. Okay.

I tell him there definitely is. I wouldn't call someone to fix a toilet if it's not broken. Maybe some people do? I personally am not into that. Maybe he just doesn't know. He tells me again he can't do anything to fix it. At this point I'm done. Some people only have one toilet and if this is the kind of professional they get they will never be able to use it.

People need their plumbing to work for everyday needs. It's really not something I can just not use. I told him I pay for a reason and I really just need him to do his job. He left anyway, not fixing a single thing. He was rude the whole time. He clearly didn't care about his job. I could be a better plumber than he is because at least I know to flush a toilet before saying there isn't an issue.

If you value your time and money, don't use this company. My personal experience left the impression that they only care about saying they did a job when they really didn't.
