I was very impressed with Moose (Daniel), he was very informative and took his time explaining things to me. Not only were they great on value but price as well. I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism I received with my recent service request. I was kept informed by the home office about when the technicians would arrive and they were very pleasant to work with. Both the HVAC technician and the plumber did a great job addressing all of the issues I had. I recommend Waterworks if you want professional technicians doing your work for you.

I had a great experience with David from Muetzel plumbing, and I've already decided that I'll be using them for some other work that I know needs done. David was right on time and explained everything he was doing. He gave me options and price quotes every step of the way. Thank you!! Keep up the great work

After Rodney came out to give me a quote, I went to Lowes to pick up some hardware and he happened to be there, I overheard him on the phone saying that the place he just went was a waste of time. Just seemed a bit unprofessional.

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

A+ for service, responsiveness and ability to get the job done! I am totally pleased with the outcome of my drain repair, at a fair price.
Pat was professional and communicated well regarding his arrival times. Mike did a fine job also. I would definitely use A Sterling Plumbing again and have referred them to family & friends. The phone was answered even on the weekend and the scheduler was very helpful.
Thanks for a job well done, especially during this busy holiday time.

Accurate Plumbing did a good job removing old fixtures before bathtub refinish and installing new after it was done. I appreciated Mike's timely responses to me via e-mail. And Jim was very prompt for scheduled appointments and did a good work!

We couldn't be happier with Plumbing One's service today in fixing our hot water heater which the gas company had flagged due to a backdraft issue. Plumbers Tom and J.D. came right out and solved the problem knowledgeably and efficiently, and at a reasonable price. It's a nice feeling knowing that now we have a plumbing company we can call should an emergency arise. Thank you so much.

Recently had a main drain issue in my older home. After contacting 3 different plumber/drain cleaning companies, whose estimates were ridiculous, a neighbor recommended Chuck Ball, owner of CCG. Chuck came to my home....after hours on a Friday night and after working all day and assured me he would take care of the problem. He had to return to his shop for the water pressurized snake, needed to clear the drain properly. His professionalism, knowledge and caring efficiency was amazing. The actual clearing only took about 10 minutes, not the hours others had estimated it would take, including digging up my yard. The blockage was in my basement main drain U joint pipe, not my aeration system! Not only was I delighted with his attitude and work ethic, but with the more than reasonable cost. Can't give him enough kudos!! Hire this company!

I had called these guys out because my water bill was over $400 last month. I was panicking and didn’t know where to start. They had a Technician named Grant out here that same day! He diagnosed my problem and while it wasn’t the cheapest, I am very happy with the work that was done and how quickly they were able to get this done for me. They had to dig outside and fix my leaking pipe. Very pleased with how everything turned out and I will only call them in the future!

Over the last 3 years, I have contracted Calhoun Plumbing for faucet replacement, water heater installation and leaking pipe repair in my two homes. Here are 3 surprises: 1 - hefty upcharge on parts price, 2 - poor or incomplete quality, and 3 - lack of responses.
1. Parts Upcharge. I have to agree with another customer's review of Calhoun's hefty upcharge on parts price. An $8.78 SharkBite at Lowe's became $34.77 on Calhoun's invoice. Two pieces of clip tie became $5.00 on Calhoun's invoice. When I called Max, the service rep, no one ever called back. You be the judge. Is this sort of Upcharge reasonable? Is it fair for a Plumber to bill you for the time they had to travel to a hardware store to get parts that they don't have in their truck?
2A. Poor & Incomplete Faucet repair - you be the judge if this faucet work is acceptable. I bought a new faucet to replace an old one. Calhoun's service man decided to repair the old one instead. But after he left, I discovered the faucet became leaking and inoperable. If you look at the attached photos, you will see the faucet is completely out of alignment.
2B - Poor Quality - you be the judge if a water heater is supposed to set up like a Leaning Tower of Pisa. If you look at the photos, you will see the water heater is not straight up aligned to the wall or the furnace. This new water heater was installed over 2 years ago. But when Mike (another Calhoun Service man) and Max came to repair a leaking pipe, Mike, without knowing the water heater was installed by Calhoun, he immediately pointed it out that how wrong the water heater was installed and the water heater indeed was pulling the pipe away. Max told me that he would report the incident when he returned to the office and I would expect a call from Calhoun to discuss how to fix their poor installation and incomplete faucet work. I have not yet received any call.

We've done business with you for 15+ years, but no more. Our last transaction we were charged for a garbage disposal without giving prior approval for the repair. We called them to repair a leaky sink at our rental property. No call from them about needing to replace the disposal, which we were charged over $200 for something that we would pay $110 at Home Depot. AND, we already had a replacement disposal on site for emergencies. If they would have called, they could have used that one and saved us $200. When we called about the bill, we were told that they never call about the repair before doing it. We can't afford to do business this way. Good thing there wasn't a crack in the sink because who knows how much they would have charged to replace that...with no call. Very disappointing.
