The service was prompt and very professional! The plumbing was completed correctly the first time and I've had no further issues. I would definitely recommend their services!

He immediately accessed the problem (toilet backed up into tub) went to basement and opened the (elbow bend) part. Found plastic pop out piece from setting up toilet 2 yrs earlier, from another company. That was the best experience, cleaned bathroom, no nasty smell (still disinfected) and the price (drum roll) $106.00. I was impelled to give a tip!!

A pipe burst in our home during a stretch of cold days and damaged one of our ceilings. Many people in our area needed plumbing assistance due to the weather, so we had a difficult time finding a company that would be able to help us on the same day - one company said it would take at least two weeks, another was able to schedule someone for the next day (that company's customer support also mentioned that there was no way we'd be able to find plumbers who would be able to come that day due to the activity in the area).We called Waterworks at about 9:30am, and a technician was able to come to our house by 10:30am. Our pipe was fixed and our water was running again by 11:30am.Later in the day we identified more damage caused by the weather, and Waterworks was able to schedule another visit for us first thing in the morning the next day, which resolved the additional damage.So - in less than 24 hours, Waterworks was able to schedule two visits to our home and completely resolve our issues. If we had gone with another company, we likely still wouldn't even have running water at the time I'm writing this review.We'll definitely contact Waterworks in the future when we have plumbing issues. Thanks!

I CANNOT say ENOUGH about how AWESOME Fritz Baumann & Sons are! They truly saved the day when my tenant was without heat or hot water - quickly and professionally - on a day I know that every plumber was slammed with emergencies due to the freezing temperatures. Their work is excellent. I TRULY appreciate them and HIGHLY recommend.

Plumber called said he needed to call his boss never called back made my own supply water valve shut off tool turned off and did own repair. Don't recommend for residential work.

The customer service at Muetzel plumbing is great. Each year we get a lovely gift of cheese, which is both unexpected and adored at the same time. A+ response from a great company that values your business.

Matt is pleasant to work with and stands behind his work. He installed a new shower faucet in our bathroom and replaced the drain pipe. We had issues with the faucet knob a couple of months later and Matt swung by between jobs and fixed it for us right away. Great Service!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

The owner came out last minute on a Friday afternoon and quickly fixed our issue. He was very helpful and great to work with. We will continue to use them any time we having plumbing needs.

I did some tile jobs for this company in Indiana and never ask money at front and I pay material when the job was finished the owner chuck ball ask me why so much and wanna payme less after that he start lying about things I say if something there you don't like we here to fix but he say no we not allowed there and they don't wanna pay me more than 5,000 dollars I don't recommend this company they need to pay

The Local Plumber communicates well, responds quickly, and does a great job explaining what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. You never feel like you're being ripped off or scammed, but that you know exactly the problem and the solution, and he fixes it quickly.

Absolutely the only plumber I would ever use again!

Worked with this company 3 times in the past year. They always give you a cable company estimate of time, some time in the afternoon, but give a 30 minute call ahead, which is much appreciated. The 1st time they gave the 30-min call ahead and showed up right on time. The 2nd time they gave the 30-min call ahead and showed up 45 min later (okay, no big deal). The 3rd time they gave the 30-min call ahead, showed up 15 minutes later, had to wait 15 min for our realtor to finish taking photos of the house, and charged us $80 extra for costing them extra time. When I questioned them on this it took 2 weeks to get a response, and the 2 weeks wait time ended with this explanationAs to not arriving until 45 minutes is because they were in traffic and it was an estimated time. So, in summary, it's perfectly acceptable for them to run late, but if they arrive early and aren't able to start immediately, expect for them to start adding on costs. Average quality work otherwise.

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.
