I recently worked with Fritz Baumann & Sons to have my hot water tank and my main water line replaced. I can't recommend their company enough! From when Steve came out to provide an estimate for both projects to completion, they were great. During the estimate, Steve walked through everything that would be done and the process. He answered any questions I had and I felt comfortable all the work they would be doing. They also had fair prices, and were more competitive than with another company I had out.

The hot water tank replacement went seamlessly. The workers showed up on time and called before they were heading out. They were friendly. The water line replacement was more challenging, but their workers handled it well and kept me updated throughout the process. Long story short, the city's water line had some damage, so the plumbers completed their work, but were unable to hook up my line to the city's. Then it was left up to the city to repair their line. Steve called the city on my behalf and pressured them to fix their line as I had no water. He provided me with contact information for the city, as well. The city came out quickly to repair their line. I have an old house and the water line was original to the house. After upgrading the line, the water pressure I have is AMAZING. Pleased with all their work!

I had frozen water pipes. Michael Ross worked very hard to solve my problem, he finally got my water running. He was very knowledgeable in his work. He. showed respeck and consideration toward me.if I have other plumbing problems I will request Michael to do the work.

I waited all day believing this company would arrive at the scheduled time of 4:30 pm. These guys did not call or even show up for the appointment that they rescheduled. I called to inquire about what happened and they instructed me to call another plumbing service. Finding another plumber so late in the day is not impossible, but it does create a challenge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE BUMS!!

These guys were great. Plumber just left, got a new garbage disposal installed for a great price. 300 below some places. Plus, they were able to get in 3 days before the scheduled appointment. Would highly recommend.

Very thankful for Jess and her team. She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter. During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had. She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items. She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included. She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space. Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it. We had a new clothes washer installed because the old one had stopped working properly. We had a week's worth of dirty laundry, too since it took several days from ordering to delivery. When the installers hooked everything up, suddenly the faucets leaked when they had not before. I called MB Plumbing since they had installed a toilet for me a year ago and did so with great service. This time, they not only responded quickly, but also they had the same guy, Joe, come out the next moring and he he fixed things up within minutes. Love these guys. I would highly recommend.
