This company is amazing at what they do! I will never use another plumbing company. They came after hours from home whenever we needed them to for our kitchen leak. I would 110% recommend to anyone!!

Needed a professional plumber called G&M. Appreciated the straightforward pricing structure, the friendly call agent and plumber. Will use again next time needed. Took bids from a few other firms, some never even showed up while others weren't on time, was happy to use G&M with their quality product and competitive pricing.

I just wanted to thank you guys for all you did. We had an emergency with a home remodel. Kitchen pipe was broken and category 2 water damage on brand new cabinets and flooring which went into the basement also. The first technician came within minutes and I don’t have his name but he explained things very well. You went above and beyond to help us. I am going thru Chemo and you were able to get your equipment picked up late in the day so I would not be affected with early morning appt the next day. We personally want to thank Jeremy Weaver, Matthew Shell and Chrystal who came over the weekend to monitor equipment. They worked extremely hard and were patient with us during this difficult time. These guys are far from being real plumbers...they send kids to do a real mans job and we had to call them back 3 times to fix their own mistakes....they perform work that is not up to code - last year they did a job for us, but it was paid for by the city of Columbus here in Ohio.The city approved us for a back water valve and they footed the bill paid directly to the contractor - in this case it was The Waterworks plumbing company. My guess would be about $ 10,000 worth of work all paid for by the city of Columbus due to a sewage back up in the main city sewer line that runs behind our house - the pressure was so strong from this back up that it lifted our basement toilet right up off its foundation and flooded our basement with 8 inches of raw sewage from one end of the house to the other - ruined antiques and other valuable stuff too. Now, heres the real problem....today I called them to let them know that the city sewer dept. came out to my house today to help me figure out where the raw sewage smell that we had been smelling lately was coming from -as we have been smelling it for a few weeks now and couldn't figure out where it was coming from...turns out that The waterworks plumbing company installed a vent tube for the plumbing lines that vents right into our basement instead of venting it through the roof of the house like it is supposed to and also for it to be deemed up to code. Well, to make a long story short - the CSR that I spoke with on the phone argued with me stating that she didn't show an invoice where they did any venting work on our house - and when I told her that I would take a pic of it and send it to her - she said that that wouldn't be necessary - but they would not come and fix the problem for free and we would have to pay for something that was not our fault in the first place - I'm thinking about calling the BBB and get them involved...and maybe even the media.....So if you're looking for an experienced plumber - don't call on the waterworks - get some old man that has been doing it for years - not some youngsters that don't know what they are doing.****UPDATE**** - And I just noticed that you only get a response from the owner if you give them a good review - I'm gonna get something done about this - they are gonna make this right...!!!

Fritz Baumann Plumbers repaired a leaking pipe behind my washing machine and reconfigured piping under tub. Technician Blair was able to troubleshoot the problem areas quickly and solved my plumbing problems. Both plumbers were professional and very knowledgeable. So glad I contacted Fritz Baumann & Sons. I used these guys for the first time this week. The job was done well, fast and reasonably priced. They actually came out within 24 hours. I had a previous appointment with Eco Plumbers, it took them three days to make it to my house, and the initial estimate came in THREE times higher. Kind of insulting that Eco Plumbers would take advantage like that. That being said, we were happy Drain Master showed up, did the work, and charged a fair price. Highly recommended!

These guys were great. Plumber just left, got a new garbage disposal installed for a great price. 300 below some places. Plus, they were able to get in 3 days before the scheduled appointment. Would highly recommend.

Very thankful for Jess and her team. She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter. During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had. She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items. She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included. She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space. Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it. I am very happy with the services I received from Hesson Plumbing. The time window that I was given was 8am to 10am. I originally missed the call from the tech (Chris) at 809am and called him back at 822am. Chris had no issues returning to my home to meet with me and take a look at what was going on. Once Chris arrived, I took him to the problem area. Chris seemed very knowledgeable of the situation and explained repairs needed. Fortunately for me, Chris was able to give a quote on site and complete repairs within the hour. Please note that every situation is different and this may not be the case for every customer.
