Communication has been superb and installation was completed professionally. They were able to provide a direct replacement for our water heater which was atypical for most residential applications. Most of their competitors wouldn’t even consider installing a direct replacement (even though the replacement heater was available).

The serviceman was very nice, but I will never use this company again. Their pricing is criminal! $900 to fix a leak and change the faucet is unconscionable, and it wasn't even fixed. I had to call them back a second time because it was still leaking. Why did I accept the contract? Desperation. Water was filling a bucket rapidly, it was 6pm and too late to shop around. I feel like I have been scammed.

When my water heater died, I called the plumbing company I've been using for 25 years at 8am on Friday morning. They were not going to be able to come out until at least the following Thursday! At the recommendation of a friend, I called DrainMaster. The gentleman I spoke to was very courteous and professional, and he made a quick call then returned to let me know they could get me in that day. The guys arrived early that afternoon, and I think they were in and out in an hour! Again, they were very courteous and professional, went right to work, and cleaned everything up perfectly. Not a thing was left behind! In addition, they found another leak in the same area and took care of it without charging me an extra dime over what I was quoted. The cost seemed very reasonable and included not only the warranty on the tank, but also a one-year warranty on their labor. I'm so pleased with everything about this experience! DrainMaster has earned a loyal new customer!!

Replumbed entire house for us. Trevor works efficiently, and in a timely manner. Always upbeat and positive, great overall attitude. Great communication, and calls if there are questions or things that haven't been discussed vs. doing what's easiest. Takes pride in his work, which is hard to find in this field. I’ve used A Better Drain several times now and Stacy is definitely my go to plumber. When my hot water tank went out I called Stacy and he came out and accessed the issue but unfortunately it was rusted out and a new tank was needed. Stacy escalated me to the top of his schedule and installed the new water tank within a day of me purchasing. He even picked it up for me as I had no way to transport the tank from Lowe’s to my house. He is courteous and friendly and quick to respond. He knows his stuff and I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues big or small.

I can only say good things about these guys. We've been working with Kevin Smith on clogged main drains and floor drains in our basement. We also had a bathtub repaired and they did everything they could to make sure we were happy with our options and service. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Anthony is incredible. Two weeks after moving into a new house water was pouring into my living room and puddling up in my bathrooms on the second floor. I called Anthony to see if he was available to come out and he rearranged his schedule to come to my house ASAP to help remedy the issue. Well, the plumbing was clearly not done properly, so it was quite the undertaking. He explained everything that would be needed to get things in working order and didn't cut corners at all. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and I'm so thankful he was available to help me with this as I'm not sure I would have had his level of patience and expertise with anyone else. He's kind, friendly, thorough, insanely knowledgeable and cares about setting his customers up for success. Completely transparent and insightful throughout everything. He was able to repair the leaks and ended up completely reworking the bathroom plumbing, so things now work as they're supposed to. I had plenty of questions and he answered all of them and never once rushed things. Anthony is now our go-to specialist and we will not be using anyone else for plumbing needs. We already have a couple other jobs lined up for him. I have 100% confidence in him and you should to - you'll be in good hands!

The bottom of our 11 year old water heater rusted out and flooded the basement several months ago. We needed it replaced same day due to a malfunctioning shut off intake valve on the water heater itself. I had to shut off the water to the entire house. To add to my dilemma I also wanted it replaced with my preferred brand. I called 2 other companies before WCS and was told it would be at least a week before they could get to me. I called WCS, explained the situation and they sent Bryan out within 2 hours. I had a new water heater installed a couple hours after that. No extra fees or up charge and the price was fair. And, WCS will come inspect and drain it free of charge each year.

We had such a good experience with the water heater that we had Bryan out yesterday to do a checkup on our older HVAC system. He was very thorough and explained the “need to address” items and “future things to consider” without pressure. Bryan is prompt, courteous and takes the time to explain things clearly. He represents your company very well.

We used BCI Mechanical for a sump pump check up and installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet and new shower fixtures. Their response time was amazing to make an initial assessment! The shower faucets were quite old and they were not sure that the unit could be replaced without tearing up some of the tile. Tony said he could do it and certainly did, without any tear up at all. We ere extremely pleased with the service provided and followup services too. We highly recommend BCI and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
