These guys are the bomb. City messing with me, called plumbing & drain pros and they came out he next day found the problem and fixed it in a day with out destroying my whole yard and didn't leave a mess for me. Any and every time I have an issue now I am call them. Thanks guys.

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism I received with my recent service request. I was kept informed by the home office about when the technicians would arrive and they were very pleasant to work with. Both the HVAC technician and the plumber did a great job addressing all of the issues I had. I recommend Waterworks if you want professional technicians doing your work for you.

Highly disappointed with my experience with Apex, I can't speak to their service as they canceled and would not reschedule in a timely manner. I was eager for their service based on the reviews and scheduled an AC repair 7 days ago. 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive, I was informed they were unable to make it and had to reschedule. That happens, I understand, but then I was told the earliest they could reschedule was for 12 days from now. This is not an annual maintenance, but a broken AC, so I will have to use someone else.

Pricing is not reasonable at all. Was charged over $400.00 for less than two hours of labor to get a pilot light lit on a water heater. Definitely would not have used their services if another plumber was available (all local plumbers were booked out in my area due to severe flooding)

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Very impressed with Accurate Plumbling! They were able to come out the same day we called them. Bill was awesome, very knowledgable and professional. There prices are very resonable! I spent a lot of time calling other plumbers. Save yourself the time and just call Accurate Plumbing!

Tom and D.J. from Plumbing One LLC installed 2 new toilets and removed the old ones. Their work was done very efficiently and professionally. I did not have to worry about a thing! They picked up the new toilets at the hardware store for me as well. The new toilets were installed perfectly and I am pleased with the result.
I have used Plumbing One in the past, and have always found their plumbers to be knowledgeable and experts in their trade, as were Tom and D.J. They work really hard to please the customer. Alicia and Donna at the office are very helpful in scheduling and coordinating the work. I definitely plan to use Plumbing One LLC for future plumbing needs in my Canal Winchester home.

We live in an older home, so it's important to have a good plumber. Our previous plumber no longer does residential service, so we needed to find a new one when we were having some troubles with sewer smell in the bathroom.

Shawn and Jeff came out. They were professional, polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. They had us squared away in a jiffy, explained the problem well, and Jeff gave us great advice for handling other smelly problems too!

The price was reasonable and we're quite happy with the service. They will now be our go to plumbers when the next need arises.

Zach did a tremendous job in handling the emergency replacement of my garbage disposal. He came on a Sunday within hours of my call. The quick response and professionalism was off the charts. I am also going to use the company for extensive projects I have in my home based on Zach's recommendations.

Michael cleared the kitchen drain and the main sewer blockage using two different snake machines. He didn't give up. Michael cleaned when he was finished.

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!
