Best Pump System in Columbus OH

Thanks to Shawn B. came next day (SUNDAY!!!!) to fix and install the garbage disposal and shower handle. Quick, professional and cleaned up after the service was complete.

They responded to my call and came to my rescue. Emmanuel came to my rescue. Professional, polite and so nice!!! Took care of my plumbing problem. I called several places and they only answer their phones 24/7. One place said they would come and two hours later called to say we’re not coming. Called RotoRooter and plumbing issue is fixed!

Next day service. Expensive, but did a beautiful job installing a new stopper in a bathroom sink.

I got a new water heater and installation. Baumann were very helpful in the shopping process by discussing the pros and cons of all options. In addition, once I made a decision, they gave prompt service and complied with the details of the installation contract to the letter.

This is the second time I've had Apex at my house and I usually don't write reviews, but I was just so blown away with this appointment. Dan was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how things worked - which is actually going to save me money. Finding a good plumbing company has been difficult, but I'll definitely be sticking with Apex for any future plumbing issues.

The plumber was great, Took his time and explained everything to me. He did excellent work and I absolutely would use them again. My dog may not of liked them, but that’s because my dog is a jerk sometimes. :)

John did a great job of removing roots from my sewer line, while advising me of cost effective ways of maintaining a clear line. After several prior estimates from other companies, I felt John and DrainMaster weren't trying to sell me on something I didn't need, but repaired what needed to be repaired and allowed me the option to take care of what I could on my own to save money. John was knowledgeable, pleasant, and transparent about the whole process.

Quick and efficient. Techs were knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will use if I need to again.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

More like ‘inaccurate’ plumbing.
Outdoor spigot fix. First guy that came out, Jim, was the rudest,most unprofessional repairman I’ve ever been around.
Refused to take his shoes off to come in the house bc he wears ‘arch supports.’
Fine just throw ur boot covers on.
‘I don’t have any.’
So apparently he thinks it’s ok to track mud and dirt and the outdoors all through one’s house.
Owner did call and apologize. Which was nice.
Different plumber came out and installed new spigot.
Great. Except the next day come to find out it’s been dripping.
All night.
And it sounds like someone is breaking rocks into gravel each time I turn it on.
A truly awful experience.

Great service

Charged us $185 to snake a bathroom sink drain.
Mike broke the flange on the sink.

Took no responsibility.

Follow up (different guy), said there was NO WAY that snake could have broken the flange.

Would have cost them about $20 and 10 minutes to replace it.

Deny, deny, deny.

EDIT: They came back and handed the $185 check back. We still have a broken drain assembly.

Called and explained to the person anwsering the phone what my problem was and they scheduled an appointment. Sent tech out and the tech had now idea what the problem was. Charged me $55 dollars and then referred me to another company. Do your self a favor and just call another company and save yourself time and money.

Zach did a tremendous job in handling the emergency replacement of my garbage disposal. He came on a Sunday within hours of my call. The quick response and professionalism was off the charts. I am also going to use the company for extensive projects I have in my home based on Zach's recommendations.

Drew first came out to access the plumbing problem. He ordered the parts needed, communicating the process and saving us the most money. We won’t use any other plumbing company and have referred several friends to use Quality.

We worked with Sean over the phone he was professional, friendly, and scheduled our new water heater install. Joe the technician showed up on time and did an amazing job! I recommend MB if you have a plumbing issue!
