Best Plumbing Technician in Columbus OH

My friend recommended this company when my AC gave out during some of the hottest days of July. They were easy to schedule with and super communicative—I’ve rarely had any kind of maintenance/repair services actually let me know when the technician is on their way, as well as updating me midway during the appointment window to let me know that the technician still plans to come that day. Jason was really professional and went the extra mile to get the parts needed. I’ll definitely be using Waterworks again!

Plumbing One was able to come out rapidly to diagnose the source of my leak. When I realized that the problem was something that I could fix myself, they only charged me a nominal amount for the service call. Their expertise and clear explanation saved me hundreds of dollars (not to mention equipping me with the knowledge I needed to fix the problem). I would highly recommend them.

It's hard to find good plumbers and it's also hard to find available plumbers -- let alone Gary is both! Gary was able to start work immediately after the estimate/evaluation took place, which is unlike other larger companies such as EcoPlumbers -- and he was also a quarter of the cost. Gary was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

I will for sure be using you guys from now on! My sewer has been backed up for months now! I had 2 other plumbing company’s come out to clear them but they didn’t get the job done since it kept backing up. Jack came out and got it done so quickly and efficiently! Our toilet kept backing up and we couldn't figure out why. So we gave these guys a call. They sent someone out right away and figured out we had issues with our pipes. They were able to get it fixed in a timely manor and we professional the whole time. Was hoping for an easy fix, but they sure made the process an easy one.

Great Service, Jason W did very good job explaining my furnace and AC unit. Gave me ideas to help save me money in the future. I have been using this company for years. They have done HVAC, plumbing and electrical work for me. I will call them anytime I need service. I called them and they were able to come out the next day.

My home warranty company contacted this company to fix a leak in our shower. A tech came out, told us the faucet needed to be replaced, and said he would be back in a week with parts to fix it. That was eight weeks ago. Since then I have called this company three times directly, our warranty company has contacted them twice. I understand issues come up but I can’t even get a call back or update.
