Robert was incredibly professional and worked very hard to rectify the problem affordably. I appreciate his honesty and the time he took to explain what potentially caused the problem as well as what I might want to consider should there be an issue in the future. No doubt I will use Waterworks in the future should I need them!

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Trevor helped us update our shower. It was during flu season and he was happy to reschedule our estimate when our family got sick prior to his arrival. He was very transparent with us about our options and helped us figure out what repairs to make now if we plan to fully remodel the tub/shower in the next few years. He even talked us through what his recommendations would be when we decide to make those bigger updates. He wasn’t trying to upsell and gave us honest feedback based on what he could see throughout his estimate. He was able to get the work done the same day he came out to perform the estimate which worked out perfectly. Trevor was very professional and with the quality of service we received, we’re confident we found our guy for all our future plumbing needs.

Best plumber for west side of Columbus

Scott and I are from the same small-town area and both teach at the same college here in Columbus so I thought I could trust him to install new plumbing and a shower pan in a bathroom addition. Scott assured me when I asked that he would put the required cement under the shower pan when installing to stabilize it. He would schedule a date and time over and over, as he strung this work out for months, then not show and not call--again and again. I had to contact him each time after an hour or two went by with no show and he would respond hours later. Since he'd already started the work, I kept working with him. Once the shower pan was installed, he told me in no uncertain terms that he put in the required cement underlay, pointing out that he had to mix the cement even though he had a bad back and that he's been doing this for 30 years so he knows what he's doing. Later, I had to remove new shower tiles and the shower pan to find it had NO CEMENT under it, which is why it was creaking. During the plumbing install, I also awoke to a flooded bathroom the next morning and he had to come and repair his install. He asked me to pay him half part way through, and I did, even though it was taking months as he would be a no-show or come for an hour or two then leave. I checked for reviews online and could find no website and not a single review anywhere--until now, 1.5 years later. The only reviews I see now are from the past few weeks, so BUYER BEWARE. You cannot trust Scott. And I assume this review will get scrubbed like any past reviews about his astoundingly poor service and ability to lie and think nothing of it.

Called this plumber for sewer cleaning service. He came in the promised time, reacted quickly and did the sewer cleaning within half an hour. Very good!

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

He was very precise and took his time to check and make sure everything was safe, anything that was unsafe with the old water heater he educated us properly on it and he knew his stuff. I am sorry to leave poor feedback on any business, but they quoted me one price after a competitive bid process I undertook to find a plumber, started work, and then tripled their price. Further, they were weeks overdue to complete the work before refusing to complete it unless I paid them more money. I am forced to go elsewhere, delaying a move-in date. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but it never happened. Sorry guys, but if you make a promise, you need to keep it.
