I have been using this company for all my drain needs, I have a maintenance crew and when they tell me they can't clear it or stop it from leaking I know I can trust them to give me a fair price. The only call I ever get from them is job is completed. Great bunch of guys doing what they're great at.

Nothing like seeing your kitchen sink back up in my home with water and to think YouTube can help resolve the issue.Bad idea of myself.After trying a few YouTube suggestions.Than to my surprise my shower began to not drain either.I than had double kitchen sinks and a shower bay in standing water.Being a independent female than knowing I needed a professional help.That can be very scary in todays world.Considering,I am not that knowledgeable in this trade with thePossibility of being taken advantage of with a hefty bill.Making a phone call to Water Works was the best decision I have ever made.I could not of been any happier and my wallet was happy too.Can not express enough gratitude of my appreciation of the friendly outstanding customer service of the two gentleman that came to my door. I called Roto Rooter after a DIY went very wrong. Robert and Jonathan arrived within an hour. They were polite, explained everything that they were doing and, most importantly, fixed my shower faucet very quickly. I can't say enough about them - they saved my weekend :)

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Drainmaster! After a sewage line backup, another company told me they inspected our line and tried to but we’re unable to clean out the line and that the root damage was so extensive that they’d need to dig up our yard and potentially cut down our tree to replace the whole line and that it would cost $6,000! I’m so glad I got a second opinion, Drainmaster came out and was able to completely clear the line and run a camera through in less than an hour. And now we won’t be needing to dig up our yard! The technician was wonderful and they saved us a ton of money, I cannot recommend their services enough.

No water!! It wasn't cold enough outside for the pipes to freeze.. I checked the breaker, still NO WATER!! So.. I called my friend Jason Norris at ARS RESCUE ROOTER. I explained to him that I didn't have any WATER.. and that I thought the water pump died. Jason arrived not long after our phone conversation... he figured out the issue and fixed it right away!! YEAH!! We have WATER!! Jason Norris is AWESOME!! Very Professional... :)

Had Justin Smith out to the house because our water pressure was low. He's installing a new pressure tank in a few days! Very knowledgeable about what we needed and even spoke with us about the well pump service we may need soon. He answered all the questions we had and was very kind to us!!! Thank you!!!

These guys came out after 10pm to deal with our situation and were so nice. Will was a great guy and did a wonderful job and he walked us through everything. The only complaint I have is the price. They charge the most outrageous prices for things, twice as much as others.

Bad business. paid them to unclog main line, they broke it. they still charged is and gave estimate to repair their damage, we agreed and set appointment, they never showed and will not answer phone. We're out the money and still have a damaged line. Contacted the prosecutor's office and they said someone else had filed suit against this person the day before and ours will be held until the other case gets moving. I do not recommend!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

The pressure valve started leaking on my hot water tank. I called Plumbing One and they were quick to assist! They were able to replace the valve in like 10 minutes! Did not over charge me or try to over sell me! Thank you so much!!
