Robert was great he was very professional and kept me up to date with everything going on with my service.. until the end the cleanup was Phenomenal. I would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. Thanks for the quick response and repair.. everyone was Super nice and Friendly!!!!!

I called six plumbing businesses that said they are 24/7 in their advertisement. They all said we are 24/7 to answer phone calls not to work. Then called MrRooter. They said they would be there within 2 hours only to call me back after the 2 hours to say they were sorry they wouldn’t be able to come. By this time it is after 7 pm. Called RotoRooter. They said they would have someone to fix the plumbing but it would be a few hours. Emmanuel showed up and fixed the problem. Not only was he professional, he was knowledgeable regarding plumbing and was friendly. I will call them for all my plumbing needs!!

We had a main line issue pop up on a Sunday night and called them early Monday morning and they were able to quickly get us on the schedule and come out within a few hours. Both technicians who stopped out, one to snake our drain and another to send a camera through at our request, and both were amazing and left me feeling super comfortable and welcomed all my questions and gave honest advice. Even though I hope we don't have any plumbing issues soon, when we do I know who we will be calling!

I wish I can recall the reps name but who ever came out to my awesome. He was very professional and polite. He also explained everything and unclothed the drain quickly.

Mr Rooter did a great job for us. The tech (Aaron H), arrived early, was professional, courteous and just a very nice guy. He was able to fix a problem with our shower control, saving us a ton if money. We have ysedMr Rooter before, will again, would and have recommended them to others.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

I talked with Matt from Accurate yesterday. Since he doesn't have a jetter yet, he told me that cleaning out the drain might not get it all, and it would cost me more money if I'd have to get someone different to come jet it yet. I appreciate his honesty, and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

The Service Techs, Ron and his son were on time, courteous and professional. I will call on them for my family plumbing needs in the future. Sincerely, Wm R Costello

Emergency call, late evening, found the source of our problem. They were very courteous. Will call them again.

Quick and friendly service! Had a clog in the sink well past the p-trap that I couldn't fix. Team showed within the time frame given and were able to fix the issue in about a half an hour.

Recently had a main drain issue in my older home. After contacting 3 different plumber/drain cleaning companies, whose estimates were ridiculous, a neighbor recommended Chuck Ball, owner of CCG. Chuck came to my home....after hours on a Friday night and after working all day and assured me he would take care of the problem. He had to return to his shop for the water pressurized snake, needed to clear the drain properly. His professionalism, knowledge and caring efficiency was amazing. The actual clearing only took about 10 minutes, not the hours others had estimated it would take, including digging up my yard. The blockage was in my basement main drain U joint pipe, not my aeration system! Not only was I delighted with his attitude and work ethic, but with the more than reasonable cost. Can't give him enough kudos!! Hire this company!
