Above all, the gentleman who came to do the work was exceptionally courteous, and took what I wanted to do seriously. He listened to my intentions, then came up with an approach plan that would 'section off' the work in groups. Then proceeded to methodically accomplish exactly what I had in mind, and showed me a couple places where he was able to do a bit better than what I had in mind. He didn't waste time, but rather accomplished what he could on one section, then if he needed something, he moved to another section until he had accomplished much for several sections, then went to get what he needed for all and got right back to it. When he needed to change plan because of the house structure, he explained why very clearly, and was able to show me the change and how well it would work. His name was George & he ROCKED!!!

I’ve used Big City electric twice now and have had an excellent experience both times. They’re friendly, conscientious, professional, and the pricing was very fair. Jason came out to give me an estimate and coordinated the work. He was thorough and made sure I understood everything in the estimate. Christian and Mike came to do the work and they were both fantastic. They got the job done well and quickly, were very professional, and super nice. I could not be happier with the work they did. Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

I had a light fixture in our living room replaced. Columbus Ohio did it within 24 hours of my request and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to friends.

So far so good on the electrical work, but very poor rating for the mess they left behind. Huge chunks of mud left all over my laundry room and the large staples from previous electrical panel could have ruined my sweeper had I not seen them first!!! Please wear covers on your shoes and treat other people’s home with respect.

Bradley Electric was one of 4 electrician groups we had to come out to give us an estimate on changing our electical service to a 200 amp service. We had just purchased and moved into an old home which had been piece-meal remodeled over the years. They also gave us an estimate on connecting smoke alarms (wiring in all smokes versus using devices that communicate remotely that only require 1 to be wired in - this was their idea).

They were the only group to offer the idea of wireless connected smoke detectors - the other groups we asked either had never heard of those or only provided us quotes for the wiring in (which were very costly because of the way our home had been remodeled in the past).

They were the best estimate - and frankly, I trusted Tyler the most of all the folks who came out to provide us with an estimate. He was easy to talk to, discussed different ideas, and talked to me several times after we received the estimate to clarify questions I had.

They were flexible setting up the date for our service change. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We had ripped out some drywalling to expose a BIG MESS of wires that needed clean-up. This was an add-on to the prior estimate - and they included this in their day of work, and came back on a 2nd day to finish that part up.

I'm very pleased with their work. All the guys who worked at our house seemed to know what they were doing, were happy to answer questions and go the extra mile. I will definitely call Bradley Electric when we have additional electrical needs.

Electric Medic was very prompt in coming out to resolve a mis-wired dryer outlet and troubleshoot a faulty doorbell for the home we just moved into. My wife and I are so happy to finally be able to do laundry! These guys were quick to discover the issue and walk me through what the solution would be, and the price was very reasonable for their service. I would recommend Electric Medic to anyone in the area, and I’m sure I will be calling them again in the future!

Countryside's electrician Brian installed new track lighting on our kitchen ceiling, added an exterior floodlight to the back of our house - with a new switch for it in our dining room, and changed an outdated overhead sink light for a new contemporary one. Installing the new switch for the exterior light was an especially complex job, as it had to be routed coming up from our basement walls. They did a perfect job, gave us excellent advice on where fixtures should go, and completed the job with no problem. They were courteous, cleaned up everything, and the total cost was very reasonable. We would recommend Countryside for residential electrical work to anyone!

We have always been very pleased with service and price. If there is a problem, technicians stick with the job until it is completed to satisfaction. Great company.

I was very happy with the estimate given to me by Mid-City. Jimmy and all their associates are top-notch, friendly and first class, and their electricians are some of the best. I’d recommend doing business with them if you are looking for a good commercial electrician.
