Best Hour Emergency Plumbing Services in Columbus OH

These guys were a Christmas miracle! (this post is a bit late but I have been meaning to leave them a great review)
Our water main busted two days before Christmas. Two crew members came by our home to check out the issue that very night. They gave us a quote and scheduled an emergency start for that following Monday, right after the holidays. They were knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. I would highly recommend!

The Service representative came to my house in under a hour after the service call . Was very professionell had his mask, gloves and shoe protectors on . He look at the issue at hand and explained in detail . Even thou the prices went up he did a very good job and left it clean before he leftism it was done with. A timely manner I would recommend Nathan to my family and friend.

I called The Waterworks at 11:15 on a Friday night because I had a sewage back up in my basement. They offered to come out immediately, but I opted to have them come out first thing in the morning. Rod was fantastic! He explained everything that he needed to do and the pricing as well. He was so kind and polite—and as a bonus, my dog thought he was his new best friend! I already recommended Waterworks to a friend and I will definitely use them for my plumbing needs in the future! Everyone I spoke with on the phone was professional as well as patient with all of my questions.

Robert came within an hour of me calling and knew right away we needed a new sump pump. He had everything finished in under an hour. Very kind and professional!

Matt came to our property to assist with a main sewage line issue. We had let him know what the problem was before he arrived (day before and morning of the job). He didn’t show up with the proper tools to complete the job and stunk of alcohol. He was very smug and arrogant and talked down to my boyfriend. He was clearly there to collect his hourly pay for no work completed.

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

Never returned my call

I used A Better Drain to find a sewage odor that came and went in our house. It was driving us crazy! I called 2 other plumbers who couldn't get it corrected, but Stacey did! He was able to figure out where it was coming from and get it fixed. He's a great guy and was also able to quickly repair a leak coming from a cracked PVC pipe. I'd highly recommend A Better Drain. Very professional and talented.

John, #1482, did a wonderful job on a very clogged drain in our kitchen. He was very professional and informative. Great experience with Roto Rooter today and the other times we have used their services over the years.

I scheduled a back flow test and they arrived on time and where very professional. He showed me the results of the test on his meter as he was conducting it and explained what he was doing as he did it. Mine failed and he explained why and had me watch as he fixed it so he could show me the cause of the failure. Pricing was fair and I was very happy with the service. I will be having him do our back flow testing every year, and any future plumbing needs we have as well.

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. This company is honest, thorough and SOOOOO kind!! The price was beyond fair and I can't thank them enough for their assistance and generosity!! They touched my heart! ❤️

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible customer service and the lady on the phone who called to schedule was completely rude. I was like ummmm how can you be so mean and short with me on our first interaction? TO SCHEDULE!

so she scheduled and told me that they would arrive between 4pm and 6pm and that the technician would call me on their way to my house. Cool!

So 4pm rolls around and I decide to leave work just to beat them to my house. I get a phone call right then that says they are at my house. I explained that I was supposed to get a phone call when they were en route and I would leave work then. He said to me well we are usually very punctual ok? But I was instructed I would get a phone call. ANYWAY! I said I am on my way home I will be there in 20min will that be a problem? And he said no we will wait

Pulled in the driveway exactly 20 minutes later and they were gone.

THANKS CALHOUN! STELLAR SERVICE! and now I get to live with my really bad issue until I can get a better company to come out. I'm not happy right now.
