Best Hot Water Heater in Columbus OH

This company came recommended by the previous owner of our new home. We will pass on the recommendation because these plumbers are prompt, do a great job and charge a fair price. What more can one ask for?

10/10 service today! I called Mr. Rooter this morning for a clogged drain and garbage disposal issue, and they had an available technician out to my house within a few hours. Technician Jared F. was assigned to my house and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him for future repairs. He helped me understand the issue and also showed me how to prevent the issue from occurring in the future. Thank you!

It’s never fun to have to replace a major appliance. Sales guy John was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly on the phone to help the water heater install go smooth. No pressure and always available to answer my questions.
Paul showed up right on time on install day. He worked non stop until the job was completed. Very professional, informative, and left no mess behind.

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

These guys are awesome. Save yourself a hassle and go here first. Roto whoever or whatever other huge company will charge you an arm and a leg but Accurate Plumbing is fair, reasonable and amazingly efficient and friendly service. They have helped me out a few different times where they even got me in the same day which helped me out tremendously. Will always call them first.

Both my wife and I called for a rather important plumbing issue. We were both told separately that we'd be called back to schedule it and it never happened. We ended up having to go with a different company. It is inexcusable to leave a customer hanging like that and I definitely would NOT recommend using this company for your plumbing needs...

Easily the most knowledgable water heater company that I spoke with in doing my research. Their specialization in water heaters put them in their own class of expertise with this product. Excellent communication and high quality work. My project was a bit more complicated than a simple replacement but they were able to handle with no problem. As many other reviewers have stated, they said they would arrive at 10:00 and arrived exactly at 10:00. I highly recommend Only Water Heaters.
