I had a fantastic first experience with Carpenter Heating-Cooling-Plumbing-Electric (HCPE) today. I had a strange partial power outage in my small business medical office over the weekend and I needed to solve the problem before office hours started on Monday morning. I was not able to arrange service with any of the previous commercial electricians who have worked on projects for me in the past. I’d recently heard radio commercials for Carpenter (HCPE), so I called, and they responded quickly. To borrow a sports phrase, the best ability is avail-ability. When I needed help, they were there! When Alan arrived, he patiently listened as I explained the unusual pattern of the partial power outage. He then quickly identified the faulty wire in a place I never would have expected. I appreciate Alan solving the problem and getting my lights turned back on so quickly, but as a physician, I even more value the thoughtful, systematic, and decisive manner in which Alan efficiently diagnosed and treated this electrical issue for me. It gives me peace of mind to know that such a strange electrical occurrence will not happen again. Going forward, Carpenter (HCPE) will be my first call, and I’ll request Alan again too.

The team from World Class Service in Westerville is THE BEST! Our geothermal unit died during a period of heat and humidity and we could not find someone who knew anything about geothermal. AMERICAN INSTALLED NEW FURNACE, THE INDUCER MOTOR MADE A LOT OF NOISE VIBRATION COULD BE FELT AN FLOOR ABOVE, SERVICE MAN SAID IT WAS NORMAL. THE INDUCER MOTOR JUST FAILED, REPLACED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. NEVER USE AMERICAN AIR. zero stars.

Ryan came out to unlock my tstat due to myself locking it out he gave me a call prior to arrival he got here seenn the issue and unlocked my tstat now I have AC really appreciate Ryan great tech even better person I highly recommend him.
