They did a great job. They were professional, fast and on time.

I called to have them install a tankless water heater. Not only did I get a competitive quote, but both technicians (Josh for original estimate, Dwayne for installation) were very professional, on time, and willing to answer any questions I had. Additionally, Apex was great with communication on scheduling/financing. 10/10 - would recommend.

Dustin was very professional and arrived earlier than scheduled to fix a leak that had quickly become a serious problem. He quickly identified the problem and went to work fixing it. He kept us well-informed of what was going on and what he was going to need to do to remedy it. He completed the repairs timely and also took a look at a couple of more minor issues that we had. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dustin for any additional plumbing work we may need.

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! We discovered we had frozen pipes in our son’s bathroom (above garage) and called Accurate Plumbing along with numerous others on Christmas Day. The only company that called us back was Accurate. John, one of their team members, gave me very helpful advice and told me to turn all of the water off to the entire house in order to save the pipes from bursting when they unthawed. Mike, the owner, then called me back the following day to see what the situation was and was willing to squeeze us into their schedule whenever those pipes thawed out. We touched base daily and they came out this morning, actually even earlier than the appointment time. Upon turning the water back on, apparently we “got lucky” and had no leaks/broken pipes.
I can’t thank Mike, John, Cameron and their entire team enough!!! Had we not been given their advice who knows what kind of damage we’d have experienced today. They are very communicative, knowledgeable, responsive and really seem to care. I’ll use Accurate Plumbing any time I have a plumbing situation in the future…they’re the best!!!

Great people and great service

Water Heaters Now! did a fantastic job for me. My new water heater needed to be a power vent type, so a pipe had to be run through the wall to the outside. The technician was very patient with me as I explored options with him and gave my preference of where to vent. He made that work and did beautiful plumbing work!

I also appreciate how much time John at the office spent with me going over my options.

They left my basement floor spotless, too!

When our hot water heater needed to be replaced, we called around for quotes. Some places would only quote with a visit (with a fee to try to lock me in). The big boxes had referrals to overpriced installers. First quote we got was from Tim and he was straightforward and fair. Ended up going with him, and he had the install completed within 12 hours. (Which was great... The dishes and laundry were starting to pile up!)

Would give zero stars, but have to leave something. Attempted to have a quote performed for a few toilets and a urinal. Called exactly 10 times over a two and half month period and never received a call back, ever. Was repeatedly told I would get a phone call the next day which never came. The last few calls I placed I received from crudeness from whoever answered the phone, I'm assuming they recognized me, as I recognized their voice time and time again. All I wanted was a quote but they were unprofessional and wouldn't give me the time of day. Thanks for reading.

Anthony was extremely flexible with me on my schedule. Fixed a leaking water pipe and has fixed poorly ventilated plumbing in my house that caused water backup. I appreciate the fast response and attention to detail. Helped point out and other issues detected as well as explain in detail my issues. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs. Have to give them thumbs up, when they installed my tankless hot water heater in 2007 they did great. Loved the installers and love the system to this day! I used them again in 2010 for a leak which again they did great! In Sept 2018 I called to have them work on a leak in my bathtub. No one to answer phone when you call, had to leave a message. they did call back next day and scheduled an appt. Took a day off work to meet with their plumber who literally walked in my house, looked at the leak (tiny drip from faucet in tub) and said I will be right back. Walked back out to his truck and returned 5 minutes later to say you gotta call someone else, I'm not comfortable doing shower faucets. Then he said you can call and ask for someone else maybe but I'm not comfortable doing this. Now I'm off work for the day and back to shopping for a plumber.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.
