I had them come put a new Heating/cooling system in my house in winter. I was having a bit of an issue and wanted them to come check the AC unit this summer and they came the next day to follow up on their install. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service.

The technician were on time and pleasant. They covered with me how they would replace current water heater. During installation an issue came up with the venting. They explained to me options and they ended up correctly the issue. Overall very please with the service from Fritz Baumann & Sons

Roberto came out to my house to fix my furnace he was a nice guy. After a little bit, he told me the gas value was bad. Roberto then told me I would have to pay $1100.00 for him to replace it. Plus almost another $380.00 to replace a part that was not even broken. This is very shady Company and I would not recommend it to anyone.The next day I had another Heating and Air company come out to check my furnace. They told me the problem was with my control board. As soon as the control board was replaced the furnace fired right up with no problem. If you are thinking of using this company to fix your furnace 'Don't and save your money'.

Charlie was professional and very responsive. He Fit us in to his booked schedule, answered all of our questions, and unclogged our basement floor (after another company was unable to get the job done). Knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The people that work there are nice however I had to have someone from Muetzel come out to fix my boiler 2x and it still didn't work. I then had another company who came and found the actual problem but told me I had to replace my whole boiler because the manufacturer didn't make the parts anymore. They referred me to Muetzel for a new boiler. I finally had someone that works at my location look at it and he fixed it so now it works. Although Muetzel did give me a small discount they are still asking for payment of a service that didn't fix my problem. Very dissatisfied.

I waited all day believing this company would arrive at the scheduled time of 4:30 pm. These guys did not call or even show up for the appointment that they rescheduled. I called to inquire about what happened and they instructed me to call another plumbing service. Finding another plumber so late in the day is not impossible, but it does create a challenge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE BUMS!!

We couldn't be happier with Plumbing One's service today in fixing our hot water heater which the gas company had flagged due to a backdraft issue. Plumbers Tom and J.D. came right out and solved the problem knowledgeably and efficiently, and at a reasonable price. It's a nice feeling knowing that now we have a plumbing company we can call should an emergency arise. Thank you so much.

The toilet was running all the time and required a new water supply valve, this repair went without a hitch. The next repair was to a Delta single lever kitchen faucet, it was hard to find the sweet spot to turn it off, a new cartridge was installed, and everything seemed OK. After the plumbers had left, we noticed a very slight leak (in the full off position), we called and explained the situation, the plumbers returned and while they were here, we couldn't detect a leak, after the plumbers left and we could see the small leak was still there, we called again, and the plumbers installed a second cartridge, and this fixed the problem. We feel the plumbers went above and beyond in their effort to fix our problem.

Trevor was great and I would highly recommend his business. Responsive, knowledgeable about product options and the work to be performed. After and during installation of the water heater Trevor cleaned everything around the area. Very nice to deal with. Came right out to view the issue and worked us rapidly into his schedule to perform the work. Will be using him again after the holidays for some other plumbing needs we have. Stacy was excellent! He responded to an emergency plumbing situation in the middle of the night within a half hour of me calling. He was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. He went above and beyond to get the job done and provided additional advice and insight along the way to educate me as a homeowner.

I was extremely pleased with his helpfulness and resolution of the situation. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others. He’s got 35 years in the game and knows his stuff!

I've only heard bad things about this business, and have finally heard enough to leave a review to remind myself to never use them if the need should arise. Shoddy work, failure to follow up or remedy issues that were paid for, and overall lack of professionalism is all I hear about Calhoun. Avoid this plumber.

Since purchasing and restoring an 1890 Victorian home 25 years ago, we have worked with a variety of contractors on many home repair projects. Some of those experiences were good, a few were great and a few were disappointing. Our recent selection of Miller Ranney Cantrell Plumbing to repair a major sewer drain problem however was one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. From our initial meeting with co-owner Mark Cantrell who clearly explained the proposal and steps needed to correct the problem to cleaning up the yard afterward, the entire project went smoothly and with almost no disruption to our family. Everyone on the crew was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and clearly wanted to do the best job possible for us. Even with a large project involving five workers and a giant backhoe, when finished the cleanup was done so well it was hard to tell anyone had been here. Our experience with Miller Ranney Cantrell Plumbing was one of the best contractor decisions we have ever made.
