Best Garbage Disposals in Columbus OH

We bought a home and this company was assigned to fix the underground drain as part of the repair we requested to get done on the house. After we move into the house we found out one drainage was No working properly and one was repair poorly. We thought they neglected to provide the proper repair needed for the underground damage. They claim to understand how underground would works but now we stuck having the drain repair again. Dont trust this company specially for realstate transaction. They take all the $ for a half job. Really bad experience.

Was able to schedule online and tech came out in the framed time with a text ahead. Tech, Ted, was professional, masked, up front about costs.It is expensive, however. $310 to auger snake a drain clog, about 15 min on site.

Great service. Mike really took the time to explain everything that was happening with the drainage system and Shawn was great at explaining the financing options for replacement of the system.

DrainMaster in one word. Phenomenal! We had a clogged sewer line that flooded a basement in our rental property. We had 2 different plumbing companies come and check the issue. Both recommend excavation in order to clear or replace the line. Their estimates were extremely high ($6,000 - $16,000). We couldn't afford those prices.

So, I went online to look for different methods to fix this issue with mininal cost. One of the first companies to show up in the search results was DrainMaster. I decided to give them a call. Spoke with Charles and explained my situation. He immediately provide excellent advice. He was straight forward, and professional. He gave us a date and price which was very reasonable.

They arrive at the property, assessed the problem and began work immediately. At one piont it seem like they hit a wall and couldn't push through the clog. Charles got on the phone called for the drill snake and got back to working the problem. After about 10 mins, breakthrough!! The clogged sewer line was cleared. The crew stayed to make sure the water was flowing freely. Needless to say, we were very happy with their persistence and professional work.

If you ever need a sewer line or any plumbing work done and done at a reasonable price. Please go with DrainMaster. Forget RooterRooter or the rest. DrainMaster is the best in my honest opinion. DrainMaster thank you very much. We will be using you in the future.

They determined we had a clog in our downspout line, excavated it and replaced pipe. Super nice techs. We will call them back

I have now found my plumber! Tim came & fixed my garbage disposal & clogged sink. They were able to get me in the same day, and were at my home less than half an hour. Tim was very informative and helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sold or scared into buying anything additional. I will definitely use them again, and recommend to friends.

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.

I called RotoRooter and explained my problem and they had someone at my house within an hour. Ted explained the problem and repair process, quoted the bill and started working immediately. He repaired a broken outside faucet and showed me the broken plastic pipe and explained what he had done. I would use RopoRooter again.

Very rude drivers. Lights out on van. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Service was excellent. Plumber was friendly and fun to talk to. He was very easy going and got the job done in the mostly reasonable and respectable time possible. I took a lot of time deciding on which plumbing service I wanted to used. This one was the winner. Glad I chose them and will be contacting them again when I need plumbing services In the future. Work done was above and beyond and plumber was very knowledgeable.

We have been trying to solve a severe water pressure problem in our primary shower for years. No one could figure it out. Cliff was the third plumber to tackle it. As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.

Our plumber listened carefully to our concerns, addressed them all thoroughly, and took care of our requests quickly and easily. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We had a great experience!
