The Waterworks are very friendly professionals and we have used them many times. Very fair pricing, good quality work, prompt and willing to explain options without a sales pitch. They will ALWAYS be our first call when the need is there.

Cody arrived to replace the outdoor spigot valve and offered to upgrade my sump pump to a battery back up version. I quickly took him up on it. He was very professional and installed the outdoor spigot first at my request so I could sprinkle my newly placed grass seed. Soon after the sump pump was also up and running. Now I can turn in my receipt to my homeowners insurance for a discount! I go to Apex plumbers for all my plumbing needs. I called today and a technician was at my house within the hour!

Fast good service

My furnance went out on Sunday and I had another provider come out and tell me I needed an entire new one. I quickly scrambled and called Carpenter for a second opion - they came out within an hour and fixed my furnace for a fraction of what a new one would cost.

Great service, friendly, knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me before the job was done. Tom and his helper were a pleasure to work with.

I've tried this company for several items (plumbing, electrical work, heating and air) and every time it's been a worse experience. I kept trying to like them because I like the idea of using one company for all my home maintenance issues. The people that take the appointments do not listen or rely the right information to the technicians, so when they come out to do a job they have no idea what's going on.

For example, I called to do a tune up on my heat pump, made an appointment and told the lady we had a an all electrical system (no gas). The technician that came out had never worked one a heat pump or electric furnace before- he did nothing and actually did damage to our heat pump. Such a waste of $100!

This is just one example. Every time we have used this company there has been some sort of issue. Never again!

Searched for quality residential boiler company to save us from a bad repair and service. Cody Jones and Ryan Burnett were on time, professional, and took the time to walk through our current system and provide repair options and ultimately replacement options. They were concerned about our timing needs and provided us with the great service we were sorely missing. Highly recommend.

Second experience with Stevenson was with Chad W, Justin N, and Trent L. for the installation of a new boiler system. Can't say enough about how hard they worked to get a complicated three pump system installed and up and working. As with all older homes there were challenges, a pipe leak, and lots of baseboard pipes to blead and fix. They stayed late to get the heat working before a cold spell. Came back the next day to finish perfecting the set up. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Another Stevenson team highly recommended

The technicians replaced the water heater and found 2 gas leaks. They fixed the leaks and checked everything else to make nothing was leaking and the water heated. They followed up with a concern with the furnace. An appointment was made for a HVAC technician to come out the same day. Michael and Chris were great.
