Best Furnace Installation in Columbus OH
Lonnie was very professional honest and loyal. He diagnosed the problem quickly and went and got the parts and replaced our sump pump and our old dead backup battery. Waterworks is the only company that called us back at 3:00am Our pump was over flowing and he came out within 40 mins. They are truly a 24 emergency co.

Guys were good. Had to crawl into some VERY tight spaces... like horror film tight and claustrophobic.

Wonderful!I Had a hot water heater installed today. Seage and Tyler were friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions as well. This is the first time that I have used Ecoplumbers and I’m already planning on using them for my next project

I needed my AC unit moved and reinstalled for a new concrete. They were able to come out the next day (my own company was going to be a week) to move and when the concrete was done, they came back and reinstalled the AC unit. They were very nice on the phone with my problem that I had. The two workers were professional, nice and efficient. I actually signed up to be a member (cheaper than my other company). I would highly recommend them.

The technician was prompt and polite, but the company does not favor the customer nor employee. I get the impression that American Air takes advantage of the lack of customer and employee understanding. I had a simple coil replacement job that needed done. I was quoted from a pricing chart that ran anywhere from $2915 up to $5830 minus the price of the warrantied coil (so $2500 - $5400). What! I asked for the company's general hourly rate, knowing that the coil replacement shouldn't take more than 4 hours. I was told around $200/hour. If that was the case they job should cost $800 plus the cost of additional refrigerant. But the poor tech isn't authorized to setup the service at an hourly rate. American Air doesn't even tell him the true hourly rate. Why would they when they are charging $200 per hour and paying him $15/hour. So I called the service manager to get the true cost and schedule service. I am routed to voicemail. A day later and I never received a call back. At this point I without AC for 3 days. I have had enough and decide to call another company. Sure enough, they quote me $600 to $800 in total to do the work. They gentleman that shows up to look at the job even tells me that he used to work for American Air. I wonder why he left.

The Service Technicians Brian Severt and Jeff Rehz did a great job. They were very friendly and polite, protected my floors, and cleaned up everywhere. I replaced my air conditioner and furnace. Just had my one year tune up by Sade Ali. He did a very good job. Polite and helpful.

Our heat stopped working and Atlas came by same day to check it out. A part burnt out that the tech didn’t have, so he drove out to, and back from, Grove City and installed it same day. Class act service! Thank you Scott C.
