Kevin from the Waterworks was excellent! He moved my heat pump to a new location so I could have a basement company do foundation repairs. He was on time, met all my needs and so pleasant to work with. I was VERY pleased and highly recommend this company!

One of the only companies to offer a quote over the phone, and the technician came on a Sunday with short notice. They did all tasks as requested and provided excellent service throughout.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Anthony is incredible. Two weeks after moving into a new house water was pouring into my living room and puddling up in my bathrooms on the second floor. I called Anthony to see if he was available to come out and he rearranged his schedule to come to my house ASAP to help remedy the issue. Well, the plumbing was clearly not done properly, so it was quite the undertaking. He explained everything that would be needed to get things in working order and didn't cut corners at all. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and I'm so thankful he was available to help me with this as I'm not sure I would have had his level of patience and expertise with anyone else. He's kind, friendly, thorough, insanely knowledgeable and cares about setting his customers up for success. Completely transparent and insightful throughout everything. He was able to repair the leaks and ended up completely reworking the bathroom plumbing, so things now work as they're supposed to. I had plenty of questions and he answered all of them and never once rushed things. Anthony is now our go-to specialist and we will not be using anyone else for plumbing needs. We already have a couple other jobs lined up for him. I have 100% confidence in him and you should to - you'll be in good hands!

Fantastic customer service. Had a complex water shut off valve repair at my condo complex that required multiple trips out to get done. Mike Noel was fantastic and didn’t charge extra for the repeat trips. Once we got some logistical issues taken care of the repair was completed quickly and with very high quality. The company was super pleasant throughout the entire process. A+ customer service and with better service prices than their large competitors in the area. They are my go-to plumber in the area now.

Mike did a fantastic job. Came out within an hour of my call. He quickly found the leaking gas valves and replaced. Pressurized lines and showed me. Assisted in calling Columbia Gas to get service restored that day without any issues. No BS and got the job done. Prior company tried to say we needed all new gas lines and fittings. Would use again. Thank you again Mike!

Daniel Neal showed up for an emergency call and promptly troubleshoot all of my drain issues. We had multiple clogs. He double checked everything and even found an issue with one of the pipes that would have failed eventually. He fixed it without me even asking and saved another trip out here and a lot of money for me. Will only use Rooter Works in the future and will ask for Daniel each time.

As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.
