Peter just left my house and I could not be more satisfied with his ability, professionalism, and friendliness. The price was also well under what I was worried about. I will be going to G&M for any future plumbing needs!

Excellent service

John did a great job of removing roots from my sewer line, while advising me of cost effective ways of maintaining a clear line. After several prior estimates from other companies, I felt John and DrainMaster weren't trying to sell me on something I didn't need, but repaired what needed to be repaired and allowed me the option to take care of what I could on my own to save money. John was knowledgeable, pleasant, and transparent about the whole process.

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

Their whole team is amazing! They all worked so hard at fixing our issue and now everything is working great! They were all so friendly and answered any questions I had. One of the gentleman even brought my trash up for me, just to be nice! Hearts of gold and very skilled people, can’t ask for better! :)

We live in an older home, so it's important to have a good plumber. Our previous plumber no longer does residential service, so we needed to find a new one when we were having some troubles with sewer smell in the bathroom.

Shawn and Jeff came out. They were professional, polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. They had us squared away in a jiffy, explained the problem well, and Jeff gave us great advice for handling other smelly problems too!

The price was reasonable and we're quite happy with the service. They will now be our go to plumbers when the next need arises.

Bought a new home and the city told me I needed to get backflow testing. D&L did the prior tests on the home, so I gave them a call. I was told they would call the city to inform them it was being taken care of and that I would be put on the schedule. A couple of weeks later, the city shows up, telling me my water is about to be shut-off and they had never heard from D&L.

TLDR; my water almost got shut off because D&L didn't follow through on anything they had promised.

My water tank ruptured late at night. Tony took my call, helped me temporarily solve my flooding issue, and then arrived promptly the next morning to install a new tank. He and Sean were totally helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

I cannot be more grateful with Gunther Plumbing and Jared for their responsiveness, professionalism and care so we could have our water heater fixed. They when far and beyond to make it possible and super fast.

Mike did a fantastic job. Came out within an hour of my call. He quickly found the leaking gas valves and replaced. Pressurized lines and showed me. Assisted in calling Columbia Gas to get service restored that day without any issues. No BS and got the job done. Prior company tried to say we needed all new gas lines and fittings. Would use again. Thank you again Mike!

Had a leak in our ceiling and Rooter Works was able to schedule us an appointment last minute on a Saturday! Michele the scheduler was so kind and communicative to getting a tech out to us. Josh our technician did a great job explaining the problem and was so professional and efficient. A little pricey but still very thankful for quick and reliable service in a pinch!!

I went to a few plumbers and finally found one that I could trust- Dublin Plumbing and Drain. They were completely upfront with me about pricing, so I decided on them. We replaced our water softener and everyone in my family is thrilled!

I have never been more appalled by the service, or lack of service, by this entire company. In 5 minutes the plumber wanted to confirm the leak and charge me $125 before he would give me an estimate for work I would need!! What??? I know of no other company that charges to provide an estimate!! And, the google site states they give free inspections! Just crazy!

We used BCI Mechanical for a sump pump check up and installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet and new shower fixtures. Their response time was amazing to make an initial assessment! The shower faucets were quite old and they were not sure that the unit could be replaced without tearing up some of the tile. Tony said he could do it and certainly did, without any tear up at all. We ere extremely pleased with the service provided and followup services too. We highly recommend BCI and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
