Brandon was an excellent technician. We bought a new washer but it couldn’t be connected due to corroded faucets and drain pipes I. The wrong position. Our house is 140 years old and a good degree of creativity is needed for many different installations. Brandon was very creative in installing new water supply pipes, faucets, and drain pipes for the washer and the laundry sink. In addition, Brandon was a very nice person who quickly made friends with our dog. We were thrilled with his work

We had a Slow bathtub drain and Plumbing One sent Jesse to our house today. He was Great, he tried his best to unblock our VERY OLD drain and did improve the flow very well. Jesse also explained the Problem with old drains and made An Excellent suggestion for us to consider. We will be calling Plumbing One back next week to follow through on his suggestion. We were very, very satisfied with Jesse and how well he explained our problem. Excellent service and Jessie cleaned up after himself which was Very Nice.

Hot water tank was leaking so I called Benjamin Franklin requesting someone to come out and fix it. They sent a guy out on Wednesday april 27th and his name was Kelly. You don't want Kelly. I was at work when he came and it was just my mother and grandma home, my mother told him about seeing some water spurting out from the back from a pipe. He paid no attention to her and said we needed a whole new hot water tank, and quoted $1300 for the tank and installation. When I got home I called Mr Rooter to come out and look at it and they found the leak and fixed it right there same day. This company is a joke and trying to take advantage of old people who dont know better.

We’ve used D&L Plumbing a few times now and they have been fantastic. They were able to install a gas line to an outdoor fireplace when we were told by our contractor it couldn’t be done and he basically bailed on us. Not only was D&L able to install the gas line but they really cared about keeping the costs low for us. They also took care of some leaky plumbing that could have caused a lot of damage. We highly recommend them.

In this day it's hard to get any contractor to show up, much less perform for a reasonable price. Gunther did a great job, no b.s., worked with us on adjusting scope to perfectly fit our job and timeline. Highly recommended.

Did a great job

It is so hard these days to find someone to come out and fix a problem. When you do, it's an arm and leg to pay for. I called All Lines Gas and Plumbing with a gas heater problem. The heater was old, needed the parts and the city was on me to get it fixed before it got colder. Michael with all Lines Gas and Plumbing came out with no hesitation, fixed my problem in a timely matter and charged a reasonable price. I will use this company for all my plumbing issues here on out.

This is the second time we have used rooter works and each time a great job was done. DeLonn was the technician on the job this time and he did a great job. He got our drains unclogged, bathtub drains fixed and new pipes replaced,our washer drains unclogged and cabled. He was very respectful and recognized my sons when they spoke to him(even joked with them a little lol). DeLonn kept me up to speed through the whole process of the job. I was given a fair an decent price as well for all the work that needed done and an all day job.(Literally) I would highly recommend the company and DeLonn for anyone needing this type of repair fixed and will definitely be using them again if needed.

I went to a few plumbers and finally found one that I could trust- Dublin Plumbing and Drain. They were completely upfront with me about pricing, so I decided on them. We replaced our water softener and everyone in my family is thrilled!

I am sorry to leave poor feedback on any business, but they quoted me one price after a competitive bid process I undertook to find a plumber, started work, and then tripled their price. Further, they were weeks overdue to complete the work before refusing to complete it unless I paid them more money. I am forced to go elsewhere, delaying a move-in date. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but it never happened. Sorry guys, but if you make a promise, you need to keep it.
