Had a scheduled appointment for a time frame of 9am to 11am...waited for said time... no big deal called a while later.. said running a bit behind again no big deal..called a while later to see again same response. They called after 5 said no technician can make it out one will be out first thing in morning I said okay.. 8 am the next day (today)said technician will be out to our house within the hour... almost 2 hours later no technician called and said we can no longer wait and just cancel.. they said okay no I'm sorry for that or sorry for the mix up very unprofessional and honestly annoying to say the least to waste a entire day just to have no one show up and no one care that it happend.. I get people are busy but atleast call or something so communication is open

Evan was outstanding!!! Cant say enough, not only did he show up promptly , he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made my decisions so much easier. He was able to replace the sump pump in no time. Definitely would recommend this company.

I've used Ben Franklin Plumbing in Grove City multiple times. They've always been fast to respond, show up when they say they will, and resolve the problem on the first visit. I've even used them outside normal business hours and received prompt and friendly service. They are my go-to plumber in the Grove City area.

My main shutoff valve was leaking and I had it replaced. Everything went perfectly, quickly, and it was much less expensive than other places. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

It's hard to find good plumbers and it's also hard to find available plumbers -- let alone Gary is both! Gary was able to start work immediately after the estimate/evaluation took place, which is unlike other larger companies such as EcoPlumbers -- and he was also a quarter of the cost. Gary was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

My washer was not draining and backing up. I called G-tech, and they were here the same day and were very nice/professional. They were able to find the problem, fix it, and cleaned up afterward. It has been working ever since. Would definitely call them again.
