Ryan was very knowledgeable and realistic when it came our plumbing and financial situation and very personable.

Brandin (and James) were prompt and professional and explained everything that would be taking place including the need to access the outdoor spikets via need to cut drywall. Faucets were replaced, new pipe placed and all work well now. EXCEPT...
**** 1 - they didnt bother to reconnect my outdoor hoses. Now I'm dealing with trying to get my current setups reconnected & so far to no avail
2 - Having not been familiar with plumbing prices the price seemed higher than had been suggested by a private contractor who recommended Roto Rooter.
3 - Left drywall and remnants of their work on the floor where they made cuts i.e. didn't clean up after themselves. Also they didn't clean up after themselves. Having two outdoor faucets replaced cost $900

Drain Master completed 3 projects for me in 2022--a complicated outdoor waterline repair, a water heater replacement, and a leaking pipe behind a closet ceiling. All repairs were done timely and to a high standard. Prices were fair, and the workspaces were nicely cleaned up on completion.

Mark was beyond amazing at getting my garbage disposal replaced. He went above and beyond by calling my Warranty company and getting this covered as this was a second opinion service call. The first service place that my warranty sent out was useless. Mark arrived in the time frame set for me (a little early actually) and got the whold thing taken care of in about an hour. I am forever grateful for Mark and The Service People team for getting this resolved and in the future I will make sure that I ask for this company to be sent out for any of my future plumbing needs through the home warranty.

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

We’ve used Benjamin Franklin plumbing for our hot water tank, shower leak, and replacing a leaking water meter. Always on time and very reasonably priced. Usually same day appointment. Highly recommend.

Gage and Trevor were communicative and responsive while discussing the problem, when setting a date, and on site and the work that Gage performed looks great to this non-plumber's eyes. I liked the attention to detail such as square cuts and mountings, and functional details like beveling the interiors of pipe ends to avoid gunk buildup in the drain line. Nice experience.
