The staff on the phone at Plumbing and Drains Professionals were so calm and professional on the phone. They were able to get me in the next day. The technician was very professional. Being a nurse and concern about infection control, he had his mask on and he had his shoe covers on which made me feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend their service.

Chris from Roto Rooter was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and fixed my problem immediately. He cleaned out my drain line multiple times and blasted water to clean it out. I couldn’t be happier.

Weekend emergency calls are very expensive, as you would expect. The plumber that arrived worked quickly and thoroughly taking care of my backed up main drain. Good service, just not a good price.

Dave came out on Memorial Day to replace a plumbing pipe that would leak water whenever the water source was turned on. Job was done in less than an hour. Will use this company again if future plumbing issues arise.

called Drain Master out for a stopped up drain. They used a drain cleaning machine and took care of my problem right away. Service tech was very helpful in explaining my situation they also gave me tips on how to prevent this from happening again. I will definitly be recommending them to anyone who asks.

He explained exactly what he was going to do, then answered all the questions that I had. He even offered to stick around while I finished up the rest of my project while he was awaiting his next job.Since this was an unplanned “emergency” call, it really could not have gone any better. I called on a Saturday at 12:30pm, they arrived by 1pm and were finished by 1:45! It was a very positive experience and I will be a return customer the next time I DIY myself into an issue.

Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Called Ben Franklin today about gas line requirements for a tankless water heater. From my research, I've learned that these take a lot of gas. Other contractors I talked to seemed to guess about the requirements, but the guy I spoke to at Ben Franklin explained the install process perfectly. Thankful there are companies out there who know how to do jobs correctly!
