I would like to take the time and say a big THANK YOU to John Mathews. My grandmother had just passed away and we were planning on having 50 people over after the funeral and of course our toilet stopped working. We called multiple plumbers and John was the only one to say he would come right away (he even apologized he wasn't in uniform) to help my family immediately. We were so appreciative of his kindness and willingness to help a family he did not even know during a tough time. We will make sure we always call John and if you are looking for a plumber he is your guy!

6/1/2023. We called and said they sent Josh out. He got the bathtub drain unclogged and he was very pleasant, and very informative. Josh was the hero today...Fall of 2020Look. This is the second time they've been out to flush our water pipes in 2 months. The guys was nice yes, but seemed really inexperienced to flushing pipes... apparently the toilet back splashes when the pipes are flushed.Why didn't he put something to hold it down?!?.. as my husband is cleaning up the bathroom he asks if everything was ok?!?.. mmm what!?! You didnt put anything to keep the toilet seat from back splashing..The guy kept jumping my fence to cross over. There was an opening fence directly across the fence when you walked out the back door. He watched as my family and I were coming in and out of it.Yes both gentlemen were nice, but seemed really inexperienced

Arthur was professional and kind. He explained everything and completed the job in the amount of time that he said he would.

Be careful if you use them they quoted me a price and have you sign to have work done and there is no copy for you. Read everything before signing. They kind of hurry it up along and what you sign is an estimate between one amount and another. Well it ends up well over they top number. Way over priced for work that was done.

We had a hydro jet done and the workers at DrainMaster took their time to thoroughly clean out our sanitary line. They also identified issues with recent drain repairs that were completed with another company. We were then able to go back to the other company to have them remedy the situation. We will use DrainMaster again in the future.

We have a new build and had recently moved in. Over the weekend the main backed up, ARS sent Jacob Zander to our home to figure out the problem. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very patient when explaining what was going on. After 4 hours of using the snake and going the full 100 ft, still was backing up. he discussed options with us and suggested the jet stream. 125 ft and 15 minutes later, he corrected the issue!!! We appreciate his tenacity in not giving up. He cleaned everything up well and left after spending 6 hours with us. We appreciate him and his time!

Tried supporting a family company for our plumbing needs and was NOT given the courtesy of a phone call back. Our money was well spent elsewhere!

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Had a pipe that needed to be repaired at the kitchen sink. I called Accurate Plumbing and asked if it was possible that a plumber could come same day. John and Zack came within a couple hours. They were punctual, polite, and effective in fixing the pipe. Also, they cleaned up after the job was complete. I most definitely recommend Accurate Plumbing.
