John (owner) was very compassionate in the middle of the night and tried to walk me through what I could do before determining that I definitely needed a new shower valve - I damaged valve previously, trying to get very old stuck cartridge out.
They came next morning and fixed everything correctly - retrofitting to new style valve.
They were great (knowledgeable and professional employees) and more than reasonable for the amount of work required in my situation!

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Called this company to replace a garbage disposal after a plumber from another plumbing company with the initials RR gave me an estimate of $500.00 to replace the garbage disposal although I provided the replacement unit. Tommy and JD came to the house and after a few minutes Tommy got the garbage disposal working again. Returned the unit that I had already purchased. A week later Tommy and JD returned to the house to replace the kitchen faucet and fix a leaking shower head. They were professional, worked quickly and Tommy even cleaned up the mess under the sink from a badly corroded faucet. I highly recommend Plumbing One and will use them again whenever a need arises. Tommy has an awesome sense of humor and genuinely cares about his customers, as a result he gets my Best Plumber Award.

Your employees need to start paying attention to private tow-away zones in the Short North and Italian Village. Next time, the van will be towed.

Chris came out quickly, was knowledgeable, and he fixed the problem. He was professional and efficient. He set realistic expectations with me over the phone for timeframe and cost.
