I have had a sewer main drain problem for over a month. Josh and Tony was able to come out the same day of me calling with options on how to help me get my main drain unclogged. They listened to my concerns after already having multiple people try to fix the problem. Even the service people that answered the phones were amizing and you could tell they cared and really wanted to get my issues fixed. Everything was taken care of quick and easy. Great company, and very helpful. I will definitely use them in the future!

Brandin was very quick to respond and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it resolved in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice to avoid the same issue in the future.

They always seem to do a good job. A little on the pricey side though.

The technicians were on time, communicated what they were doing and what next steps needed to occur to fix the problem. They arranged for a sewer inspection via camera and then came back next day themselves to do the work. They did a great job. Cleaned up really well and were great to work with - I would recommend the Brandon and Brandon crew!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

They replaced the drain line out in the yard 7 feet deep. They are connected with a finance company called Wisetack and Wisetack paid for the repair and then I make easy low interest payments to Wisetack. I recommend Plumbing One to all my Landlord collegues. Jess, is awesome!

Called Ben Franklin today about gas line requirements for a tankless water heater. From my research, I've learned that these take a lot of gas. Other contractors I talked to seemed to guess about the requirements, but the guy I spoke to at Ben Franklin explained the install process perfectly. Thankful there are companies out there who know how to do jobs correctly!

Clogged tub/sink in 1900's rental property in Lancaster. Sounds like piping at some point was put in incorrectly and it took 2+hrs to get the drain open, but they did it! Will definitely call them again!
