Christian Overfield, service tech 3775 was outstanding. Give this young man a raise! He arrived a few minutes sooner than expected, saw what the problem was, went to Lowe’s to get the part, came back and fixed the broken pipe under our kitchen sink. The office staff was great as well. Our first phone call to Rotorooter to Christian completing the job was less than 90 minutes. Doubt if he was even in our house for 20 minutes total. Other plumbers told us that early the next week would be the soonest they could come out. Not only did our kitchen become functional again, incredibly quickly, we even got to Happy Hour early! 10% off for donating two canned goods for their food drive was just an added bonus. Highly recommend.

It’s never a great thing when you have to call a plumber, and soon find it’s not a small job. For the initial visit, Chris came out and went to work to identify the issue, starting with the least expensive fixes. He even gave me some tips for things that help keep drains at their best. When it became clear snaking the drain would not work, he was great about assessing the pipes in the basement, and quickly assessed the issue. Being somewhat new, he reached out to his Manager Avis to confirm, and sent pictures, etc. Avis then came out, and confirmed this issue was my problem. This was a Friday night, mind you! I received a quote from these unbelievably professional men, and we scheduled the work for Sunday. Chris, and the manager for the day, Adam, came out to fix the problem. They re-evaluated, and we’re confident this was the correct approach, it was not a small job, and a lot of hard work, but I am happy to report a complete success. All three of these gentlemen were the utmost in professional, very reliable and respectful, and most of all, really knew their stuff. I can’t imagine calling anyone else moving forward. thank you, Gentlemen!!

Tony and son took care of my problem quickly. I was afraid they would tell me that my plumbing problem was beyond their capabilities. I was delighted that they solved the problem quickly for reasonable cost.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

We hired Benjamin Franklin due to the pretty solid reviews on google. And while I'm pleased to have a new toilet successfully installed and an existing one repaired, I'm less than impressed with the care taken while in our home.

1st Issue:
We opened the garage for them to enter and exit while they worked. At some point they decided to use the front door to enter and exit, which we had not unlocked or suggested they use. This is because we just repainted the front steps two days prior, and we didn't want anyone stepping on them.

2nd Issue:
It being a rainy afternoon I would have also expected for protective coverings to be worn on their work boots... so that additional mud/debris/feces wasn't tracked into our home, and they weren't worn.

3rd Issue:
The toilet we purchased ahead of time was sealed as I unsealed it after they got here... the parts they told us were missing were inside the box, so at this point I'm not sure if the newly installed toilet even has everything it needs.

4th Issue:
As they were leaving we checked the toilet that was repaired and attempted to flush it. It was clogged and I had to ask them to come back inside as they were already leaving.

All in all this wasn't a great experience by any measure. The quality of service and attention to detail was just not there. It's highly unlikely we'd choose to use this plumbing company in the future. We just spent the last two hours scouring the inside of our home and the freshly painted front steps to remove the mud/debris/feces that was left in their wake... Not to mention that we were advised at the last minute that it would be up to us to rid ourselves of the old toilet now sitting in our garage.

Dave quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. He had us up and running (flowing) within an hour. Then he gave us 2 options for long term repairs which we will soon have him do.
Dave did good work, explained everything in detail, and I enjoyed our conversations. I highly recommend him.

Custom Care went above and beyond. They came out to a staked property to put in the driveway for the house to be built. Chuck, the owner, was very kind and and made sure to answer all of my questions. Zach was the supervisor on site and he was also very kind and knowledgeable. The dirt work was clean and the gravel that was spread and packed looked very uniform. They were efficient and worked diligently to get the first step of the project done!
