The main water line running into my house broke. I had a sump pump that ran non-stop and no water pressure. My neighbor recommended The Waterworks.A gentleman came to my house. He looked at the massive hole I dug to reveal the problem, asked where the water shut -off valve was, and scribbled something down on his clip-board. Then, he left.I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THE WATERWORKS. NOTHING. I didn't hear, 'we don't want the job', or 'we are very backed up at this time'. . no further communication at all. They left me in a bad spot because I waited on them for 2 days. Two days with almost no water. Not enough pressure to take a bath or shower. The whole thing was insulting and disappointing.I did have the problem fixed. . by another company. I won't call The Waterworks again.

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

They came to install a water line to my ice maker, had problems with it sealing. But they did everything until it worked

I had an emergency situation occur around 6pm on a weeknight, my garbage disposal had clogged and incredibly dirty water was rapidly filling my sink! I called Roto-Rooter and Nathan (the plumber) was at my door within 20 minutes and had the disposal unlogged and the mess cleaned in under 10. Roto-Rooter did not miss a beat. They took away my stress and got the job done. 5 out 5 stars!

Luckily, we haven't had a lot of plumbing problems at our place, but when we do, we call Amanda. Prompt, professional and friendly, these guys have always been great. This visit was to replace a broken commode shut-off valve at my Mother-in-laws condo. They showed up promptly and were patient while I struggled to find the main shut-off. Great guys to work with.
