Best Commercial Water Heater Service And Installation in Columbus OH

I had a drain in my basement that was backing up every time I ran my washing machine or flushed the toilet. It was absolutely disgusting! I called on a Sunday around 3pm and they were out within 1 hour. The gentleman who arrived was very knowledgeable and assessed the situation and gave me options. About an hour and a half later everything was fixed, he even hosed down the floor where all the sewer drainage was in the basement to make it easier to clean. I was recommended this company and I will 100% use them again in the future if any issues arise. Thank you soooo much for being available and resolving my issue!

I used this company one time. The actual repair service was acceptable however they then put me on some sort of email list that I cannot get off of. I now get service contracts and requests for payment for places I don’t even live at and survey requests for services that I never had. I have asked numerous times to be taken off this list and have never gotten a reply. It’s incredibly unprofessional and stupidly annoying. I would suggest not using this business. There are plenty of other companies just as good that are more professionally run.

Mr. Leo Long is a TRUE professional that not only knows what he is doing, but also gives a honest opinion and assessment of the situation and recommend the best plan to get it corrected for good.He arrived when scheduled, made recommendations, and completed the work the same day. he took extra care to not take short cuts and completed the installation to our satisfaction.He corrected our water heater expansion tank install that was done by another company during an Furnace and Air Conditioning upgrade. He redid all the copper work they put in and pressurized the expansion tank to the correct setting for the water pressure at my house. He also told me how to CORRECTLY drain the water heater once a year as a part Preventive Maintenance for the water heater. He also tighten the main cutoff valve from the city because it was dripping at no extra change.Mr. Long exemplified the highest level of professionalism. Not only was he friendly and polite, but also respectful of me and my home. Mr. Long demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise pertaining to the service he was providing. He was perfectly patient with and thorough in response to the multitude of questions I posed. Mr. Long also took time to explain and make sure I understood how to operate the unit's controls as well as how to best maintain the unit. It will be an honor for me recommend Mr. Leo Long to my family and friends for their plumbing service needs. Incredibly quick response from my initial call in for help (btw Customer service guy that answered the phone was helpful and great). Good comms on estimated time of arrival. Derrick Henderson showed up within the hour. Incredibly nice and genuine guy.....plus he is great technically. Kept me informed on progress and helped me understand the process. Truly a great experience Love their TV commercials but never had to use them until now. Impressed!

A small, local company that does great work with reasonable prices! Donn walked me through the entire process of replacing the main water pipe in the front yard as well as stayed in communications with me throughout the day. I was thrilled that not only did he fix the pipe properly but he also did it without disturbing my flowerbeds! I highly recommend Donn and his team!

We hired Benjamin Franklin due to the pretty solid reviews on google. And while I'm pleased to have a new toilet successfully installed and an existing one repaired, I'm less than impressed with the care taken while in our home.

1st Issue:
We opened the garage for them to enter and exit while they worked. At some point they decided to use the front door to enter and exit, which we had not unlocked or suggested they use. This is because we just repainted the front steps two days prior, and we didn't want anyone stepping on them.

2nd Issue:
It being a rainy afternoon I would have also expected for protective coverings to be worn on their work boots... so that additional mud/debris/feces wasn't tracked into our home, and they weren't worn.

3rd Issue:
The toilet we purchased ahead of time was sealed as I unsealed it after they got here... the parts they told us were missing were inside the box, so at this point I'm not sure if the newly installed toilet even has everything it needs.

4th Issue:
As they were leaving we checked the toilet that was repaired and attempted to flush it. It was clogged and I had to ask them to come back inside as they were already leaving.

All in all this wasn't a great experience by any measure. The quality of service and attention to detail was just not there. It's highly unlikely we'd choose to use this plumbing company in the future. We just spent the last two hours scouring the inside of our home and the freshly painted front steps to remove the mud/debris/feces that was left in their wake... Not to mention that we were advised at the last minute that it would be up to us to rid ourselves of the old toilet now sitting in our garage.

Chuck and the whole team were amazing. We had our water line in the front year break on a Sunday. Chuck personally came over to make sure that we were in a good spot and took care of the immediate needs. He and the team were at my home on Monday morning to get to work and stayed late to ensure they fixed the problem. The team was very personable and made sure we understood everything they were doing throughout the process. Highly recommend and will use them again if I have another need.

Trevor and his team were prompt, talked through all the steps that would be taken, were upfront about any potential obstacles and had the best price quoted. Quality people doing quality work.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!
